SELF-REFLECT

As a future educator I see myself as a effective teacher, straight forward, opinionated and open-
minded
to new ideas all which I also encourage my students to be in my class, especially when I should
apply the three approaches to considered as my materials that I can share my knowledge or leanings
to my students. I continue to evolve as a teacher, because as a teacher we need to be versatile,
creative, an inspiration and also the important is to become a good role model to them. I am always
learning new and better ways to present material from my students that is the examples of how to
become effective teacher. Some of examples on how to become a good teacher, the first one is to
become a positive, don’t be a negative teacher because it will shows on your traits, don’t allow
yourself to have a negative traits because you are a good examples or the role model for your
students. Always be prepared, basically the teacher should be well prepared when it comes to their
lessons for the students to cope the learnings that you need to discussed to them. Organized, active,
patient, and to be fair at all times, these are the things we might to considered as a teacher. We
must have our strengths this are the different and ethical trait, we should be disciplined, prepared,
friendly, with new technology, friendly with students and a good environment creator and
motivator. I try to do the best that I can in the current situation when I become a teacher. As a
teacher we should considered to our self that we need to do a lot of strategies to become effective
and learn to caught the attentions and interests of your students. First thing for most is to Orderly
all things, for example, study the content of your lessons for you to deliver the correct ideas and
information to your listeners or to your students rather. The second things is to Process, we need
to process the lessons or ideas and information to extract all the important and genuine facts and
find some ideas that is relevant to your topic to gained more knowledge. The last one is the Product
or outcome, of your lessons or topic that you have, with this we are done to extract all the important
ideas or information that we insist to our topic that we have. After extracting all those things we
the may produce a simpler but it has the essentials whereas the student can cope up leanings to the
lessons. As a future educator we need to commit to the passion to ourselves because, every year is
an opportunity for us to improve our greatest part of our profession in addition to knowing that
you can do and make a difference from young people’s lives through you might change or inspire
them with your words. When I become a teacher I want to be able to rationalize, things that I do,
and everything that I taught them. I want to emphasize of what they are going to learn so that they
can value the knowledge.
