A native approached me on June' 15 for her CA-IPCC RESULT.

2015.

Sheetal Srivastava According to KSK, in horary if prime cuspal sublord is

deposited in vakri star, the event doesn't fructify. If cuspal sublord is vakri and
deposited in direct star, the event will happen after it becomes direct. But here it
seems that inspite of retrograde star of 7th sublord, ( Mars in vakri star shukr)
marriage was fructified...

In observation hora chart if 11th cuspal sublord or its starlord is direct motion then
event is fructified.
Example is in front of u, and the marriage has taken place. I have also observed
this in many charts.

Sheetal Srivastava Nirmalji, what about cuspal planets, how much orbit u give to
planet behind the cusp, for considering in next house signification? Eg 6th house
degree vrishabh 6*.30' and Moon in vrishab3*.30' (behind the cusp) Moon has
planet in its star, so do u consider this moon as significator or 6th house ? if yes
then strong or weak significator as it is at the cusp?

Pranjal Saikia OK..as per my software and view …12 CSL ketu (7) in its own star
and sub of sat sub(1,8).Ketu represents sun (11).Again sat in moon star(4,7)…not
favourable. Now… 9 CSL Ju with PS is CSL of 3 and 9 (lordship of 12).So foreign
travel may possible but with many difficulties. Also Jupiter dasa was favourable
but sat dasa is not so favourable…sat(1,8)in moon star(4,7) and ven sub(9,10,4)but
ven again in sat star(1,8).
