New Contract Brings Hope
There is new hope at Pitt Automotive Parts
after the announcement of deal with a major
foreign car maker. The company has been
affected by the recent struggles of Motown
Motors, and many were fearful of further
investor panic.
The new contract provides Pitt Automotive
with a bit of security. Even if Motown Motors
decreases its contract size with Pitt, the company
will still show an increase in profit this year.
Slow Sales
Despite Functioning Online Store
Even though Friedrichson’s has successfully
fixed the previous issues with its new online
store, sales have been slow. Many consumers
have been unwilling to use the online store
because of security risks. The company has
announced that all security issues have been
dealt with, but many are still unwilling to take
the risk, favoring more established online
shopping outlets. Friedrichson’s stores continue
to do well, but investors may worry that the
company is missing out on the lucrative online
sales market.
