Tapping Script – Overwhelm

You can always add or change any phrases and words to whatever resonates for you.

You have your tapping point’s illustration.

Print off this sheet and keep by your bed – tap a couple of rounds before getting up in the
morning, and again before going to sleep at night.

*Remember that with EFT we focus on the negative feelings as a way of bringing them to
the surface to ‘tap’ them down and clear them. It’s important to do this first before we can
then tap in the possible positives.

Don’t worry that repeating the negative will in some way attract more of the same – trust
me – EFT doesn’t work like that – it powerfully clears all the negative stuff we’ve
downloaded and allows us to be open to all the good stuff. If we hang onto the negative it
actually blocks us from creating the positive.
