COMMISSIONING AND JOB RESPONSIBILITIES IN YHE PLANT:

 P&ID Checking and Marking

 Line Tracing and Make Sure as per P&ID
 Following Hydro Test / Leak Test use of nitrogen as per Procedures
 Line Flushing and Blowing, Purging
 Punch List Preparation as per P&ID
 Following Rotary Equipment’s (Pumps, Compressors and Blowers)
 Function test Pumps solo run test and MRT.
 Following Start-up and Shut-down Procedures as per Requirements
 Following all kinds of Work Permits (PTW).
 Normal plant Routine checkup
 Act as per CCR interaction.
 Monitoring the Hot and Cold work permit activities
 Carry out Isolation & De isolation as per permit.
 Monitoring the all process parameters.( Level, Pressure, Flow and Temp)
 Taking samples of Oil/Gas for BS&W quality checking.
 Housekeeping work parameters for orderly and tidy environments.
 Following the SOP activities Reading and Reporting and handover the DPR
(Daily Production Report)
CRUDE OIL PROCESS AND PANEL OPERATION:

Worked in Oil Gathering Manifold (OGM)- Process of 3 Phase Separators, 2 Phase

Separators and HP&LP Separators-Separators De-sand operation- Oil sample taking BS&W checking-
Blow Down tank- Heat Exchanger(sell and tube)- Gas boot-For Process Handling 6 Heat medium
systems (AURA GMPH, CAPACITY 1OOOOKW), startup and troubleshooting, Accumulator,
Makeup Pump, Hot oil (Thermimol55) circulation pumps operation.
Conversant in handling of all types of control panels- central control panels- local control
panels- pneumatic control panels- Distributed Control System(DCS) Yakogawa Centum 3000 (R3
Version) and SCADA (Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition) System- Various types of valves
PCV, LCV, FCV,TCV Fisher controllers- Gas detectors-UV detectors and F&G System.

Utilities
Well versed Instrument air compressor, Fire water pumping station, Propane Refrigeration Chiller
unit, SIEMENS Turbine Booster compressor system, Nitrogen feed Air compressor and N2
generation package(Below -100 Degree calicoes),Stream condensate system(STS,STH & STL
Stream system),Boiler Feed Water system, Centrifugal pump, Water treatment plant, Chemical
injections. Piston type compressor, screw type compressor, and multistage compressor, startup
and shutdown lube oil pump operation, lube oil maintenance cooling water circulation, lube
oil filter, regulator control pressure switch operation etc.

WELL HEAD OPERATION:

Well experienced in Self flow and Artificial flow Wells Testing, Well Completion, Start-
up and Shutdown Procedures, Inspection of Xmas tree and flow line check-up for leaks. Flow line-
flushing jobs. Isolation & hand-over Wells to well services for maintenance- SSV & SSSV operations,
Well Head Panel Operations, flow-line Choke changing and collecting the samples. Launching pigs
into pipe lines and receiving pigs from pipe lines and check it for damages.

WATER TRETMENT AND TANK FORM:

Produced water Tank- Skimmer oil Tank- Raw water and portable water treatment package
system. Water injection system Fixed and Floating Oil Storage Tanks operation -Crude Transfer
pumps unit and Trouble Shooting as per Cause & Effect Logics operated Central Production Facility
Capacity of 1,00,000 BPD. Actively involved in the calculations of daily productions -Weekly and
monthly reports- Production test- Work sheet- And Work permit procedures.

PROCESS & TREATMENT CHEMICAL INJECTION SYSTEM:

Handled following Crude Oil injection & Treatment Chemicals such as pour point Depress
and, Demulsifier, Gas phase corrosion inhibitor, Liquid phase Corrosion inhibitor and water injection
chemicals such as Biocide, Oxygen Scavenger, Scale inhibitor, Gas treatment chemical like Glycol.
