JOB PROFILE

1. Inserting and extracting the whole tubing’s.

2. Maintain rigs equipment on the rig floor.
3. Setting up, taking down and transporting rigs and service
equipment.
4. Assembling or repairing oil field equipment using hand and power
tools.
5. Cleaning, maintaining and repairing the rig equipment.
6. Providing help to keep the rig area in good working condition.
7. General work in the pump room for example helping to repair
mud pumps.
8. Offloading supplies moving them to storage areas.
9. Moving supplies and equipment to the work site.
10. Help move rigs and equipment from site to site set up in the
new site and connect
Power cables or hoses for water and air supply.
11. Minor maintenance and repairs, including lubrication.

FIELD EXPERIENCE

Responsibilities:
1. Working as a Floor-man using Top Drive System (2600HP). The responsibilities
include Monitoring and Maintaining the mud system, Accumulators, and Choke Manifold,
Installing BOP’s, Rigging up and Rigging down. Preparing BHA for various depths.

2. Main Duties include guiding the crane as loads are moved about the Floor,
supplying equipment to the rig floor as requested and keeping Rig Floor and main deck
areas clean and tidy.

3. Also assisting Driller during Running in / Pull out & Responsible for the smooth
operation on Rig floor equipments and machines as required by the particular operation
beingcarried out by Driller, While Drilling, One Roughneck Assists the Derrick
man on the Mud-Tanks when required.

4. Operation on various pipes handling equipment while making pipe connections,

tripping, testing, etc.

5. During periods when the drill string is on bottom drilling, assists in preparing
additional drill pipe, collars, or special tools to be run into the hole also at this time, rig
floor equipment is examined and serviced tools, equipment and supplies are obtained and
made ready for the next phase of the operation.

6. Prior to completing the well, the drilling crew is responsible for retrieving the drill
steam and Bop equipment such that the well can be plugged and abandoned or completed.
All equipment is to be returned to its proper storage location and made ready for us again
or replaced if damaged.

7. To give more importance on General safety and Health program. Specialized in

Work Permit System. Excellent knowledge in Materials Handling.

8. Emergency response to a Fire, H2S and Blowout situation. Well- site Environmental
Protection. Health and First Aid.
