Warranty
Hardware:
One‎year‎warranty‎or‎as‎stated‎above‎upon‎delivery‎of‎goods,‎exclude‎such‎as‎batteries,‎power‎adaptor,‎removable‎cable,‎cases
straps,‎expandable‎parts‎and‎among‎others‎which‎thirty‎(30)‎days.‎Warranty‎is‎return‎to‎depot‎basis.
This‎warranty‎does‎not‎cover‎the‎replacement‎of‎products‎damaged‎by‎abuse,‎accident,‎misuse‎or‎misapplication,‎
nor‎as‎a‎result‎of‎service‎other‎than‎Trinity‎Rays‎Solutions.‎This‎warranty‎is‎void‎for‎the‎following‎reasons;
o   Equipment‎that‎has‎been‎opened‎and‎or‎tampered.
o   Used‎beyond‎product‎and‎environmental‎specifications.
o   Vandalism,‎fire‎and‎water‎damaged.
o   Acts‎of‎God‎such‎as,‎but‎not‎limited‎to,‎typhoons,‎floods,‎and‎earthquakes.
o   Installation‎of‎batteries‎or‎other‎accessories‎that‎were‎not‎supplied‎by‎Trinity‎Rays‎Solutions.
o Unit shall be replaced by Trinity Rays Solutions if found defective within 7 days
from date of purchase and if the defect was found to be due to manufacturing failures.
o If after 7 days from date of purchase and the unit is found to be defective, buyer MUST
apply for RMA to Trinity Rays and the unit shall be sent by the buyer directly to Trinity Rays Solutions..
o Strictly required the complete packaging for RMA items.
