Team Plan. By setting JD, getting functional and general
induction.

INTERACTION WITH MULTIPLE STAKEHOLDERS


is facilitated by the Team Standards #4: Result Elevation and
#5: Performance Tracking. Those two Standards ensure the
performance and interaction with multiple stakeholders.

SUPPORT SYSTEM
is ensured by the Team Standard #6: Support System with
LEAD spaces, O2O, Team Days & feedbacks.
