Day 1
The Asylum has three floors, F1, F2, F3. It also has the basement, a mysterious place you will uncover later in
the story. At the beginning, you can only go to B1. B2 and B3 will be unlocked later, after Day 3. You do also
have an outside area. While most of the tasks you get are part of the main story, some are optional.

Walkthrough - Day 1:
Visit Dr. Horney → Take shower 2x → Find TV remote control (Tom)→ Watch 2 video tapes → Find Jack +
Feed dogs (Mary) → (Help Jack escape) → Find bandages (Ashley) → Check up (Tanya) → Visit Dr. Horney
→ Meet Nikki → Meet Elaine → Therapy with Dr. Horney → Convince Dr. Horney to free Elaine → Sleep

Task who where info

Find a TV remote control Tom F2, Day room main story
The remote control is on B1, left door. Go back to Tom and hand it to him. You can now watch TV to get
toughness. To get +1 just turn on the TV. For more toughness you have to find videotapes, one is located on
B1, opposite the stairs, between the boxes. You only find that tape after you have given Tom the remote control.

Therapy with Dr. Horney Dr. Horney F3 main story

You have to find Jack. He is outside the asylum, and to get there you have to talk to Mary on F1. You can´t just
go past her and go out. You are not allowed to go outside. Talk to her and ask what you can do for her. She tells
you to feed her dogs. Food is in the canteen, but first you have to find a key.

Feeding dogs Mary F1 main story

The key for the canteen is on B1, left door. Open the canteen with that key. Grab the food from the fridge. Go
outside to feed the dog. First time Mary whips you, but after you explain yourself she will let you go outside.
You find Jack and a hungry dog on the left. Feed the dog. Than you can choose to promise to help Jack escape
or not. This has influence on possible endings.

Find bandages Ashley F3, Exam. room optional task

While you are going to Dr. Horney, after you have finished feeding the dogs, Nikki stops you - because Ashley
needs your help. She´s in the Examination room. You have to find bandages for her since she's short on supply.
Give her one after the other. Three times. Locations:
- F2 Patient room
- F1 Patient room (after the Check up)
- Shed room outside the building (you need to finish the Session with Nikki first).
After you find all three, you get a mini game with Ashley.

Daily check up Tanja F2, Intensive care main story

After you finish the task of feeding the dogs, go for daily check up with Tanja.

Session with Nikki Nikki F3 main story

Going back to F3 again, Nikki stops you, just to inform you that Dr. Horney needs more time with Jack. You
receive a key for the room on F1, on the left side, where you should go and meet Nikki.
There is also Shed key in that room. It´s for the small shed outside the building, on the right side. You can find
bandages for Ashley and a camera for Selina in this shed.
After that you can finally have your therapy with Dr. Horney. Or visit Tanja for new optional task.

Therapy with Dr. Horney Dr. Horney F3 main story

Dr. Horney will interrogate you. Choices have effects on the scenes you get the next day. Plus: Mini game –
Worship my feet.

Find blood pack Tanja F2, Intensive care optional task

(Shows up after you complete the Session with Nikki)
The Blood pack is in the F1 pacient room. Tanja will offer you another check up → mini game Hold it.
Help Elaine out Elaine F3, right cell optional task
Elaine asks you to convince Dr. Horney to let her out. Go back and talk to Dr. Horney (possible only after you
finish Therapy). If you choose to convince Dr. Horney, visit Elaine again.

Find a camera Selina F2, on the hall optional task

You are able to finish this task after the Session with Nikki. The camera is in the shed outside of the building,
on the right side and you have to get a key for the shed first (F1, left side).

Sleep Mary F2, your room main story

After finishing Therapy with Dr. Horney, you can go to sleep to the patients room on F2. Mary is standing in
front of your door. Speak with her to end the first day.

First scene in the morning might change whether you decided to help Elaine get out or not.

Walkthrough - Day 2:
Take shower → Check up (Bonie) → Session with Mary → Visit Dr. Horney → Session with Elaine →
Session with Nikki → Therapy with Dr. Horney → (Help Jason escape) → Make a video → Talk to Jack →
Find video tapes → Sleep

Task who where info

Check up Bonnie F2, Intensive care main story
Today's check up is with Bonnie instead of Tanja. Mini game → Worship my ass. Everytime you chat with her,
you can now check your current toughness.

Session with Mary Mary F1 main story

She tells you to go to empty room on left. You can now become her dog. Mini game → Lick my pussy lips.

Therapy with Dr. Horney Dr. Horney F3 main story

She is angry and looking for Jack. You have to find him (Complete task: Session with Nikki). Go back to Dr.
Horney once you have found Jack. But right now you have to look him in order to trigger other events.
While you finish this task, you can go to the shed, where you find Jason and the canteen key. You can decide to
help Jason escape or not. This will affect the available endings.

Session with Elaine Elaine B1 main story

She takes you to the torture chambers. During this you can ask her two questions. If you do it with the highest
possible toughness of +7, so you can reach highest possible affection with her.

Session with Nikki Nikki F3 main story

Meet Nikki at the store room on B1. Better do it with high toughness +6, so you can reach a higher affection.
During the session you will find Jack and you can contiue the task: Therapy with Dr. Horney.

Help Jason escape Jason outside room optional task

Aviable after finishing daily tasks for Dr. Horney. If you decide to help Jason escape, you have to find a rope in
archive. Get the Archive key from Heather, she is in Canteen (mini game Lick my feet). You can also get the
Archive Key from Frank if you have chosen to neglect Heather's feet. Frank will only help you if you did not
help Elaine on the previous day! If both don't want to give you the key, you can find the key in the basement
(B1)! You can also find bandages for Ashley in the canteen (Ashley will disappear during Day 2, so be quick
if you haven't unlocked her minigame yet).
Go to Archive. Selina will catch you and wants you to help her. See task: Make a video. After that you can take
the rope there and bring it back to Jason who is still waiting in the shed.

Make a video Selina F2, on the hall optional task

Find the key for the archive room. You can get it from Heather, Frank or on B1 (only if you denied Heather).
You have to finish daily tasks, go to the shed to find the canteen key, open up the canteen and speak with
Heather. Choose to please her or speak with Frank afterwards if you don't want to please her (or get the Key on
B1 if Frank does not want to help you because you helped Elaine.
While making a video with Selina, you can play the mini game → Make me cum. When she leaves the room,
you can collect → Rope (task Help Jason escape) and Android takeover (bonus video tape).

You can search for video tapes to gain toughness points and short stories.

Talk to Jack Jack B1 main story
After the task: Therapy with Dr. Horney you can go back to B1, where Elaine will send you to Jack. He is in
cell on the right side of B1. Conversation is depending on whether you decided to help him or not. After that
you can go back to your room and sleep.

Sleep
While you try go to sleep, Nikki is standing in front of your room and send you to Dr. Horney who is waiting in
front of the padded cell on F3 on right side. She is quite angry with you and puts you into straitjacket. The
following scene will depend on your answers that you gaver her the last day. It is either spitting in your face or
sucking her strap-on.

Toughness
Can gain +3 second day, 1x shower, 2x video tapes. Recommended to get as early as possible!

BAD ENDING
Go to B1 and head all the way to the right. Try to enter B2 of the basement and meet...Rose!
Day 3
You wake up in the padded cell. Selina comes in and gives you the task to upload her website. After a while
Nikki joins and wants a new challenge, then Mary enters as well, Elaine and finally Dr. Horney are also coming
to the party. Dr. Horney tells you that you will stay on the top floors only a few hours and if you want to do
something, do it quickly.

Walkthrough - Day 3:
Take shower → Talk to Bonie → Session with Nikki → Session with Heather → Session with Mary →
Session with Elaine → Upload website (Selina) → Check up (Bonnie) →Continue main story

Task who where info

Session with Nikki Nikki F3 requirement ending
Meet Nikki at the room on F1. If you have enough toughness (8!), she offers you to come back to her, after you
escape. She will be waiting for you near the asylum. There´s also a canteen key.

Session with Heather Heather F1, canteen requirement ending

You can find a canteen key in the left room on F1. Go to the Canteen and meet Heather. Mini game → Worship
my feet! If you have a good amount of affection with her, she will offer you to go with her after you escape
from the Asylum. She gives you a note with her telephone number on it.

Session with Mary Mary F1 requirement ending

If you are still Mary's dog, she takes you for a walk . If you have big affection she offers you to find her after
you escape so that you can be her dog forever!

Session with Elaine Elaine B1, left room requirement ending

Just go to the room and she will come. Elaine is unpredictable and offers you to help you just to see where this
all leads to. A high affection with her (mostly earned through toughness) will lead to a possible ending with her
later on in the game.

Upload website Selina F2 requirement ending

Find the key to the archive room. It´s on B1, opposite the stairs. Go to the archive and upload Selinas web page.
Then go back to her. After some small talk she will leave the Asylum.

Check up Bonnie F2, Intensive care main story

Bonnie is looking for Ashley. She is certain that she's in the basement and you have to swear to save her. When
you go down to B1, you see Tom on right side talking to an unknown lady. You find out that Tom was spying on
all of you.
When you want to go to meet him in Archive room on F3, you meet Dr. Abusen on your way up. The main
story continues, everything is revealed and after a lot of story, mindfuck and brainwashing, you will find
yourself in a cell in the basement.

BAD ENDING
Find the Administration Key on F2, on the left, where Frank was located. Enter the Administration Room for a
bad ending with Susan and a Rubber Nurse.
B2 – Walkthrough
Outro
You are locked in cell. The only thing you can currently do is take a rest and wait. The ladies from the Asylum
prepare you for the slavery auction.

First time rest: Tina enters the room with potential buyers, who have come to take a look if they want to buy
you. Your answers have influence on the different endings of the slave auction, when you fail to escape and get
caught.
Second time rest: Dr. Horney comes to visit you. If you have a high enough affection, she will say that she's
expecting you to get out of this cell no matter what to continue your therapy (requirement for her ending). If
your affection isn't high enough, she will just insult you.
Third time rest: Tina and Elaine. You can gain affection with Elaine here during dialogue.
Fourth time rest: Rubbernurse. She takes you to Rose to prepare you for the slavery auction. Jason and Tom
will rescue you just in time.

For almost all of the good endings you have to find the rubbersuit in Dressing room first. Then you can
walk along the green lines (map). There is also a restroom key in the dressing room which you should
pick up.

Some of the endings will require you to heal yourself from Injection XX. You can do that on B3. Whether
you tried to fight the injection during your days in the asylum or not, you will either need the double
syringe (fighting it) or the normal one (obeying). You can read additional information on that in the
computer room!

DR. ABUSEN ENDING

requirements: none
run: Find the restroom key in the dressing room. Then find the elevator card in the restroom. Use the elevator
to get to B3, go to Dr. Abusem's office and tell her you are sorry. Tell her you want to make it up to her.
Extended ending.

HEATHER ENDING
requirements: If you had a high enough affection with her, Heather has given you her phone number!
run: Go to the Restroom, where the Elevator Card is also located and use the phone to call Heather. She tells
you to go through the sewers to the parking place, where she will wait to pick you up. Find the Sewer key in
Computer room. Use elevator with the elevator card to get to B3. Go through Sewers (top door) and find a way
out to the parking place. Heather is waiting for you there.

SELINA ENDING
requirements: High affection with Selina. Finish the tasks: Make a video (day 2) and Upload website (day 3).
When you talk to Selina after that on day 3, she will offer to help you.
run: Contact Selina from the Computer Room, with the computer located on the bottom left. Selina will tell
you to go through the sewers where she will be waiting on the other side.
Find the Sewer key in the Computer room and Elevator card in the Restroom. Use the elevator to get on B3. Go
through the Sewers (top door) and find a way out to the parking place. Selina is waiting for you there.

Warning: If you asked both Heather and Selina to wait for you, they will both show up. If you can't decide
between the two of them, they will knock you out. A rubber nurse will find you and drag you back to the
auction!

BONNIE AND ASHLEY ENDING

requirements: none
run: Put on the rubbersuit and go to the room where is Ashley is held captive. There is another rubber nurse but
she will leave after a while if you do not blow your cover. You can free her. After that go through B2 to the
stairs, pass Elaine´s test, go to F2 and meet up with Bonnie and Ashley. You can leave the Asylum with them.

ELAINE ENDING
requirements: High affection
run: Go to Elaine. She will see through your maquerade and take the rubbersuit off of you. You can´t put it on
again. Win the last mini game → Don´t cum! If you have a high enough affection with her, mostly gathered
from Day 1 where you can help to free her and Day 2 where you can pass her torture test, she will agree to help
you and go with you. If you accept, just go back up to F1 and try walking out of the front door. Elaine will take
care of the rest

FLEEING ALONE ENDING

requirements: Agree to help Jason (day 2).
run: Find the Sewer key in the computer room. Find the Elevator card in the Restroom. Use the elevator to get
on B3. Find a crowbar in the first room and heal yourself from injection XX, then go back to B2. You can try to
help Jack but he will not come with you. There is an access shaft on the left side of the restroom. Use it. You
will find yourself back in the shed and you find Jason, waiting for you.

FLEEING WITH OTHERS ENDING

requirements: Agree to help Jack (day 1) and Jason (day 2).
run: Find the Sewer key in the computer room. Find the Elevator card in the Restroom. Use the elevator to get
on B3. Find a crowbar in the first room and heal yourself from injection XX, then go back to B2. You have to
find Jack and help him out of the brainwashing machine. After that, there is an access shaft on the left side of
the restroom. Use it. You will find yourself back in the shed and you find Jason, waiting for you.. when you are
running for your life, Jack and Tom will appear and save you. You can now choose two different endings. Go to
the cops or flee with the others.

MARY ENDING
requirements: high affection with Mary, be her dog (day 2)
run: Go to the top left stairway on B2, pass Elaine´s test, go back to F1 and meet Mary at the front door.
Extended ending. (Warning: Will not trigger when you already asked Elaine to help you out and she
agreed!)

DR. HORNEY ENDING

requirements: high affection with Dr. Horney (She will let you know in the cell when you got it), heal yourself
of injection XX
run: Find the elevator card in the restroom. Use the elevator to get to B3. Get rid of Injection XX (first door).
When you've done that, go back to B2, pass Elaine´s test and go up to the Administration room on F1.
Extended ending.

NIKKI ENDING
requirements: pass her challenges with a high toughness (Last one requires +8)
run: She tells you on day 3 that your next challenge is to come back to her after you escape. Go to the B2
stairway on the top left, pass Elaine´s test and go up to the She is waiting in the room on the left on F1.

SLAVE AUCTION ENDINGS

The endings you get are depending on your decisions on the cell encounter. Whether you have chosen Susanne,
Daphne or none of them you get a different ending.

DEAD ENDINGS
Day 2 – Find Administration key on the hall F2, left and go to Administration room on F1. There is Susan and
Rubber nurse.
Day 2 and 3 – Try to go to B2. Rubbernurse will catch you and take you to Rose.

FaQ
How many clicks to win the mini game?
It varies between 150-200 except the first one with Nikki which requires 0. It is getting more difficult through
the days. Elaine has the last encounter and the most difficult minigame with 200 to hit. If that's too much to
click, you can use the left mouse button and the arrow up key at the same time! There is also a program called
'autoclicker', that will do the job for you. Just google it. But with a bit of effort the mouse plus the arrow up key
should be enough to hit 200.

Is it possible to save Tanja when she gets locked in the basement?

No, it isn't. Same with Frank, who strangely no one is asking about ;).

Is there ending with Susan or Rose?

Susan has a bad ending during day3. Rose has a bad ending on day 2. Rose always calls rubbernurses when you
wake her up on the day 4.

Can I get the rubbersuit again after Elaine's final test?

No, you can´t.
