SUBJECT:After Activity Report re: Security Deployment during All Saints

Day and All Souls Day 2018

1. References:
a. NHQ CMC 48-2017(All Saints’ Day and All Souls’ Day)e (SOP);
b. RIZAL PPO IMPLAN 1022/2018-30 to NHQ CMC 48-2017 (“All Saints’
Day and All Souls’ Day 2018”); and
c. Standard Operating Procedures.

2. In connection with the above references, please be informed that from

October 31, 2018 at around 8:00AM to 5:00PM of November 2, 2018, elements of this
station under the supervision of PSI MARINELL T FRONDA,OIC provided Police
Security and Assistance at different cemeteries in connection with the celebration of All
Saints’ Day and All Souls’ Day 2018 within Teresa,Rizal.

3. Further, be informed that on October 24, 2018 at around 9:00AM, PSI

MARINELL T FRONDA, OIC Teresa MPS together with Ms. Dawna MarlynYanong,
MDRRM Officer of Teresa convened an Inter-Agency Meeting for the Security
Preparation of upcoming All Saints Day and All Souls Day 2018. Part of the topics
discussed were establishment of Incident Command/Operations Center, Tasking of
different Agencies involved and Traffic re-routing plan for the said event. Activity ended
at around 12:00NN of the same date with fruitful result.

4.While,on October 30, 2018 at around 2:30PM, PSI MARINELL T

FRONDA,OIC, coordinated with Hon. Raul S.Palino, Municipal Mayor regarding security
deployment of Teresa MPS for the upcoming All Saints Day and All Souls Day 2018.

5. That, on October 31, 2018 at around 9:00AM, PSI MARINELL T FRONDA,

OIC Teresa MPS together with Ms. Dawna Marly Yanong, MDRRM Officer conducted
ocular inspection of established Police Assistance Desk at different cemeteries within
the municipality.

6. Likewise, be informed that at around 1:20PM same date, PSSUSPT

JOSELITO T NICODEMUS, DIPO-SL together with staff arrived at Teresa MPS to
conduct visitation and inspection of station and security deployment for the OPLAN
LIGTAS UNDAS 2018. Party left at around 2:50PM with no untoward incident reported.

7. Furthermore, on November 1, 2018, at around 6:30AM, PSI MARINELL T

FRONDA,OIC together with Ms. Dawn Marlyn Yanong, MDRRM Officer conducted Pre-
Deployment Briefing to all uniformed personnel and force multipliers to be deployed in
different cemeteries during Oplan Ligtas Undas 2018.
 8. That, at around 7:00AM same date, PSSUPT LOU FRIAS EVANGELISTA,
PD RIZAL PPO conducted inspection of Police Assistance Desk established at different
cemeteries within this municipality.

9. That, at around 7:30AM same date,PSUPT RODERICK DP TONGA, Chief

POPB, RPPO arrived at Teresa MPS to conduct visitation and inspection of station in
relation to OPLAN LIGTAS UNDAS 2018.Party left at around 9:15AM with no untoward
incident reported.(see attached photos)

10.That, at around 1:00PM, PCI MARIA LUISA J PEDROZA, Chief PLB

together with RPPO personnel conducted visitation and inspection of Police Assistance
Desk established at different cemeteries within this municipality.

11. Subsequently, at around 4:30PM, PSUPT NOEL CAMPOS,DPDO

together with PSUPT RODERICK DP TONGA, Chief POPB arrived at this station to
conduct visitation and acquire updates on the Oplan Ligtas Undas 2018 station
situation.(see photos)

12. Further, at around 6:30PM same date, PSUPT NOEL CAMPOS, DPDO
together with PSUPT RODERICK DP TONGA, Chief POPB and elements of Teresa
MPS led by PSI MARINELL T FRONDA,OIC with personnel from 80th IB Philippine
Army led by 1Lt. BHRIANE M BRAGA gather round for a small dinner prepared by the
station. PSUPT NOEL CAMPOS, DPDO and company left at about 7:10PM of the same
date with no untoward incident reported. (see photos)

13. Likewise, be informed that an estimated number of 500 people visited the
Teresa Municipal Cemetery, while around 2,000 people visited the St. Rose Catholic
Cemetery, around 3,500 people visited the Forever Lasting Cemetery and around 500
people visited the Teresa Fundamental Baptist Cemetery with a total estimated number
of 6,500 people visited the different cemeteries within Teresa, Rizal.

14. Security Deployment was terminated at around 5:00PM of November 2,

2018 with no untoward incident reported.
