Observation:
Project tarpaulin was place on the construction site having an eyeview visible to every observers.
Construction site was not properly clean for the workers to have a pleasant and workable area that might hinder or slow their progress of works.
Site engineer was cooperative on explaining the details that need to be pointed out during the site inspection.
Progress of work by the contractor is timely, base on the program of work presented by the site engineer.

Observation:
Upon arriving, surprisingly no workers on the site prompting us that it's been days no work was being executed by the contractor.
Roofing and tinsmithry was satisfactory constructed in conformity with the design and specifications, materials are approved with the preferred
standard based on the design.
Poor workplace, Areas should always be clean with accordance to health and safety program by DOLE.
Project might have slippage because of non continuous work.

Observation:
Project tarpaulin is placed properly having an eyeview for the public.
Continous work was observed health safety program was followed with accordance with DOLE.
Progress of work is timely, based on the program of work presented by the site engineer.
Construction is satisfactory, basing on the design and specification of the project same as for the materials that were installed all materials
are properly checked and passed the required standards of each items.
