False operation due to different parameter for DSC soft installed incorrectly
1.SUBJECT
A dealer service staff tried to update to the latest DSC version
After he has finished the update, he turned key on & started the engine.
At the time, engine rotation, generated voltage and others showed abnormal value.

2.CAUSE
He downloaded the latest software and parameter from e-Cabinet on Global e-Service.
Although he updated latest software,
he installed OLD parameter which was saved on his laptop by mistake.

4.LEARNING
If an inappropriate parameter file is installed to the machine when updating software,
DSC software will process unexpected operation.
It'll cause abnormal voltage, engine rotation, and command control,
then not only breaking of equipment, but also it could be lead up to human disaster
Dealers must pay attention to install proper software & parameter,
or major compornents might be damaged if incorrect files are installed to machine.
Before starting to update DSC software&parameter, confirm if these files
are correct or not.
