Project:

Location /area : Presently at Chittoor district and it will be extended to other areas.

General situation of the area: Our organization work is being implemented in

Kuppam area which is he border area of three states
i.e Andhra , Tamil Nadu and Karnataka. Having
three state culture . The area is full of
backward class
people , socio economical backward people, minority
community people and scheduled caste/tribe
people
doing agricultural work, sericulture work, allied
activities, and stone cutting& polishing work
as illiterates since hundred of years due to lake of
correct guidelines and support to the rural.
The innocence population is nearly one lack in the
area of operation . The rich people from other states
occupied the area and utilizing the
opportunity and doing business with education
and health of the rural innocent people and the
rural people is being changed as rural
poor even though the Government is
facilitating many welfare schemes to the rural
people .
Now the innocent rural people needs support for
education on free of cost in English Medium
and local languages and need primary Medicare
at rural
Areas so as enable them to lead smooth life. The
Marriage system is very ancient and there is no
change in the rural because they do not
sufficient money to bear the expenditure for
education of the girl children and to protect
from the public atrocity.
And the widows needs support to education of their
Own choice from their home itself.

The English medium education is very essential in

the area because the neighboring states are preferring the English knowledge for the
people of other states. The cost of the education in the area is very high so the
people are not move towards the English medium education . The free education in
English medium is very essential in the area . Where as 50% of the area population
is residing in the rural area and 23% are illiterates since hundreds of year. The
culture is continuing and there is no change in the lives of the rural poor due to lake
of correct guide lines. From 1970 onwards the rural community is increasing even
though the welfare programme is implementing in the rural area on account of
illiteracy and innocence .Every hand in the world shall give support to reclamation
of the poor through non government organization .

Target Group of the project. The girl children population 150 per a village into 300
villages .
For education The poor children population 80 per a village into
300 villages.

The illiterates population 50 per village into 300

Villages.
For health care The aged and poor people 150 per village into 300
Villages.

For fund training The widows from rural area from the age group of
20 to 35 will 4 to 5 from each village.

For orphans the orphans at the rate of 1 out of 100 from each
Village.

For the HIV children the children from HIV families at the rate of 1 out
Of 1000 in each village.
The people from rural area needs correct guide to correct the lives of the rural
poor in all target groups. The rural people are being facilitated so many
development schemes from the central and state government the poor community is
not utilizing the schemes because they need such facilities at their home in their
villages . They do not interested to go for other areas to utilize the welfare schemes
so the schemes are not implemented by the Government authorities in systemic way.

The rural people are always in the earning mood even though they suffer from
many diseases . They need help either from government or from Non Government
so as to enable them to lead their life in smooth way. If the expenditure of a poor
can be able to minimize, the reclamation will possible in the poor community . We
have to practice to solve the problems of rural community at the same village at the
spot with confidence without feeling .

The high percentage of poor can be minimize with the direct dealings of the
rural people and indirect dealing with rich people . The operation of the system
should be done on confidential system but not open system. The rural are awaiting
for the organizations to save their lives from natural crises .
The almighty will not appear before the poor to protect their lives but the
donors and funding organizations will save their lives from the natural calamities .
In fact we decided to save the lives of the rural poor from all types of crises with the
help of the funding organizations and donors.

Work done to date: 4

Free education to rural children: Primary school is being established from pre Kg to
Vth standard . The area targeted for the rural education is at about 600 children are
interested to study pre and primary education in English medium .

The children educated during 2008-2009 are 75 members, 2009-2010 are 80 members at
present year 60 members have been admitted for primary education.

The skilled teachers are 6 members and non teaching staff are two members. The salary
have been fixed to them as per the state government rules and regulations.

The transport facilities are not established due to lack of capital amount . The transport
vehicle may be the burden to the project.

The school building is rented building and paying 3500 per month . It is heavier to the
project. The own building is necessary to the project so as to enable to maintain the
school in smooth way.

There are no other schools in English medium round about 4 kilometers radius to the
school. Our support is to educate the children up to primary education and transfer them
to other schools i.e Government high schools private high schools . Our aim is to make a
movement to the children towards education and eradicate the illiteracy in the rural area.

Free primary health center to the rural poor : Primary health center has been
established for the health promotion of the rural poor that to aged persons and children.

The primary health center is established in a rented building and serving the rural people
to save the lives of the rural poor. The medicines have supplied by the local medical
shops on concession basis and collecting donations from the local persons for the purpose
of other than western medicines.

We need ambulance vehicle to transport them to the nearest hospitals for better
treatment . The people of the area is very innocents and they will pay the money what
ever they ask for the hospital expenditure . We have to take care of them to minimize the
cost of expenditure for health care purpose.
Every day we are serving to nearly 50 persons /patients on free of cost . The expenditure
for the salary of the physician is 4000 per month . If we have owned building the
physician will be appointed along with the staff by the Medical colleges of the area. .

Project Goal and Objectives: The education : It will solve the illiteracy problem in
rural area and facilitate the cost less education to all categories and all type of courses of
education to the rural poor . . and the parents are also feel happy to educate their children
at most level . The future generation are also educate the children with good
determination . We have to make the parents perfect about the children future . We
have to give good support to the rural people in all aspects and lift them from BPL line.

The health promotion: It is very essential project in the rural area even though the state
and central government is doing the welfare programme. We support the rural people
along with the government and help them in needs and deeds .

The funding training programme : It is very essential to the women to enable them earn
the limited money to meet their expenditure . The women need financial support to
educate themselves and their children even it they will become widows. The
government is also implementing the welfare schemes to the women community but
there is no result is traced so far where as the word is having 75% poor community till to
date and 250 millions of children are doing labor work even though the welfare schemes
have been implemented to the children.

Our aim is the schemes should go the houses of the rural poor but not the rural poor
should come at the door of the schemes. So the proverb “stitch in time saves nine “
It is very simple to eradicate the illiteracy and poverty problems by doing the correct
way of implementations . The government gives 100 rupees to poor but he is receiving
only 15 rupees. The money value is moving from one side to other side and the values
are in up and down state.

The help should reach in time and the value of the help remain fixed. The maintenance
must be implemented within time then only we can able to see the result.

Planned Measures.:

Activities : Educational support to rural community from 0 to 35 years age.

Health promotion to the rural poor from 0 to death age.
