APPLICATION FOR PROBATION

COMES NOW, the Accused, thru the Public Attorney’s

office to this Honorable Court, most respectfully alleges:

1. That for the above-mentioned case, trial ensued for the

merits;

2. That in an JUDGMENT promulgated on October 11, 2019,

he is sentenced to a penalty of imprisonment of one (1)
month, one (1) day of arresto mayor, and to pay to the
private complainant the amount of ten thousand pesos
(P10,000.00) in moral damages and ten thousand pesos
(P10,000.00) in exemplary damages;

3. That accused is not disqualified to apply for probation;

4. That accused undertakes to comply with such terms and

conditions as this Honorable Court may impose if him
petition for probation will be granted.

PRAYER

WHEREFORE, it is most respectfully prayed that this

Honorable Court give due course to this Application for
Probation and place herein accused on probation in
accordance with law.
 Further accused prays for such other relief as this Honorable
Court may deem just and equitable under the premises.
