Heart Attack

In an advanced era like today we are familiar with heart attacks. Yes as we know the
death rate due to heart disease continues to increase compared to previous years. One of the
things that contributed to the increase in heart disease is an unhealthy lifestyle.

Heart attacks are usually caused by coronary heart disease. Coronary heart disease is
caused by a disorder in which the heart arteries are blocked by plaque. This can occur due to
the poor lifestyle of humans themselves, although in some cases it was found that this heart
attack occurred due to heredity. Although until now there has been no way to know for sure
when a heart attack can occur, but the risk factors associated with this disorder have been
known.

There are several main factors that cause a heart attack namely eating patterns and
unhealthy lifestyles such as lazy exercise , staying up late, excessive consumption of junk
food this causes high cholesterol levels in the bloodstream, excessive consumption of junk
food is the second largest cause of heart attack after smoking, research shows that 1 in 3 cases
of heart attack or coronary heart disease is caused by consumption of junk food excessively.

Bad habits that can cause increased heart attacks are smoking and staying up late,
many of these bad habits we encounter in the worker's environment. Cigarettes seem to be
part of the lifestyle even though the effects that can be caused by smoking are very dangerous
for the human body one of which is a heart attack, in some cases heart attacks are also found
that people who are around active smokers can be affected by the same effects as active
smokers.

As well as staying up late in excessive intensity can increase the likelihood of humans
having a heart attack. An inactive lifestyle also contributes to the possibility of a heart attack.
There are some initial characteristics of a heart attack that is easily tired and insomnia,
palpitations like depressed something, pain and tightness in the chest.

We cannot underestimate this if it happens to us because a heart attack is an


emergency condition that needs to be treated as soon as possible. Severe or too late heart
attacks can cause complications to result in death, therefore.

I invite all to care more about maintaining and prevent yourself from a heart attack by
keeping your lifestyle and eating patterns and keep away from all bad habits that can be the
cause of a heart attack.
