Step 1

In this firstly maternity reflection practice the achievement that I want to achieve are
maintaining and doing the procedures on the nursing process of cervix cancer

Step 2

Mrs. Z patient with medical diagnosis of cervical cancer was treated in Rajawali 4A
room of Dr. Kariadi Hospital. She has no signifact complaint from her condition. Patients looks
very good. She came from the IGD at 03.00 AM of September 26th 2019 to do a routine
chemotherapy program.

Before conducting a chemotherapy program, nurses get an order from a doctor for blood
sampling for laboratory tests. The blood drawn is used for routine blood tests, clinical
chemistry, and body electrolytes. Before the action, the nurse explains the purpose of the action
to be performed. The test is used to see the nutritional readiness of the body of Mrs. Z before
doing chemotherapy. Nurses use BD Vacutainer in blood sampling.

When taking a blood sample, the nurse tries to communicate with the patient so that the
pain and fear of the patient are diverted.

Step 3

The problem that arises when sampling is Mrs. Z looks Anxious

Step 4

To overcome the patient's anxiety problem, while performing the injection the nurse
guides the patient to take a deep breath. After successfully inserting a needle into the patient's
vein, the nurse do intervention to the patient to talk while taking blood samples into the prepared
 vancutainer. After completing the sample the nurse calms the patient and informs her that the
sampling is well proceed.

Step 5

From all steps 1-4 that have been undertaken, the nurse has succeeded in taking blood samples
using BD Vancutainer. At the time of sampling the patient looks anxious but with relaxation
and distraction techniques by inviting the patient to talk can help the patient in vanishing the
anxiety

prosedur pada proses keperawatan kanker serviks
Langkah 2
Pasien Ibu Z dengan diagnosa medis kanker serviks dirawat
di ruang Rajawali 4A Rumah Sakit Dr. Kariadi. Dia tidak
memiliki keluhan berarti dari kondisinya. Pasien terlihat
sangat baik. Dia datang dari IGD pukul 03.00 pagi tanggal 26
September 2019 untuk melakukan program kemoterapi rutin.
Sebelum melakukan program kemoterapi, perawat mendapat
perintah dari dokter untuk pengambilan sampel darah untuk
tes laboratorium. Darah yang diambil digunakan untuk tes
darah rutin, kimia klinis, dan elektrolit tubuh. Sebelum
tindakan, perawat menjelaskan tujuan tindakan yang akan
dilakukan. Tes ini digunakan untuk melihat kesiapan nutrisi
tubuh Ibu Z sebelum melakukan kemoterapi. Perawat
menggunakan BD Vacutainer dalam pengambilan sampel
darah.
 Saat mengambil sampel darah, perawat mencoba
berkomunikasi dengan pasien sehingga rasa sakit dan
ketakutan pasien dialihkan.
Langkah 3
Masalah yang muncul saat pengambilan sampel adalah Ny. Z
terlihat cemas
Langkah 4
Untuk mengatasi masalah kecemasan pasien, saat melakukan
injeksi perawat memandu pasien untuk mengambil napas
dalam-dalam. Setelah berhasil memasukkan jarum ke dalam
vena pasien, perawat melakukan intervensi kepada pasien
untuk berbicara sambil mengambil sampel darah ke
vancutainer yang disiapkan. Setelah menyelesaikan sampel,
perawat menenangkan pasien dan memberi tahu pasien
bahwa pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan baik.
Langkah 5
Dari semua langkah 1-4 yang telah dilakukan, perawat telah
berhasil mengambil sampel darah menggunakan BD
Vancutainer. Pada saat pengambilan sampel pasien terlihat
cemas tetapi dengan teknik relaksasi dan gangguan dengan
mengundang pasien untuk berbicara dapat membantu pasien
dalam menghilangkan kecemasan.
