The Scinti-Fiesta 2019 is a fun filled cultural festival celebrating the thrilling
experience of an age old carnival. This exhilarating festival seeks bring to-
gether people from around the nation for two days of colourfully enthusias-
tic events and a number of other exciting bursts of spontaneous adventures.
The Scinti-Fiesta combines the big top events and prizes with the energy of
an inter-collegiate festival to give you the ultimate carnival experience.

 GENERAL R ULES

• No entry without ID card (current ID card)

• Vulgarity or misconduct of any sort either in speech, performances, music or costume will lead
to immediate disqualification and deduction of college points.
• Judges decision for all events will be final.
• Participants are requested to submit their music in a pen drive 1 hour prior to their event.
Participants must carry a backup copy of the song.
• The order of performance will be decided by slots and the slots allotted will be final.
• Participants are required to report 30 minutes prior the commencement of their event.
• On spot registration is allowed but the team must make registrations 1 hour prior to their event.
• Smokes, alcohol, drugs, sharp objects, cosmetics, perfumes, deodorants and other such
flammable sprays are strictly prohibited within the college campus.

OVERALL TROPHY R ULES

• Colleges must register as a bulk to be eligible for this trophy.

• Only one team can take part in an event for the colleges which have registered for the overall
trophy.
• Any other team willing to participate in the same event from the same college may do so, with
the condition that the points they may score will not be added to the overall score of the
college concerned.
• Registration and prizes won in the following events will not be considered for the Overall
Winner’s prize: Non Theme Dance, Stand Up Comedy, Beat Boxing, Hogathon, Street Dance
and Fashion Walk.
• Bulk Registrations costs Rs. 3000/ (Fashion Show included)

Participants will be judged on the basis of content, fluency, spontaneity,

Decision of the judges will be final.

Just a minute is a speech related event.
The individuals will be given topics to speak about related to the theme and the other contest-
ants must look for grammar mistakes and speech defects to Jam or stop the person.
The rules and rounds of the event can be modified and made more complex by the Jam
Master’ or the judge of the event.

The team will be judged on melody, harmony, improvisations of the original songs and usage

This will be a fun event that tests your knowledge about songs after the 90’s,

and artists.
Round 2: The selected teams will compete on stage.
The basic rules of Antakshari will be followed.
