The Forward and Rear Thruster Guards are designed to increase the awareness of the
potential dangers of the rotating parts of the thrusters.

When working with the thrusters, it is important to follow all warnings on the thruster
assembly and in the relevant technical manuals.

DANGER OF FATAL ELECTRIC SHOCK: Before removing or working

on the thrusters, isolate all power supplies.
DANGER TO PERSONNEL AND EQUIPMENT: The thruster motors
may operate without warning when the system DC supply is
energised. Make sure that the vehicle is clear of any obstruction
and personnel prior to energising the DC supply.

The Forward and Rear Thruster Guards are quick and easy to fit to either the SM7 or the
SM9 thrusters.
