To the employees
Cipla limited offers favourable working conditions, good payment terms and unbiased human resource
policies.
Cipla has provided employment opportunities to people in South Africa by expanding its business
through initiatives such as investments, partnership and acquisitions in India as well as their internal
market e.g. Cipla invested in a biotech manufacturing facility in South Africa.
To the community:
Cipla limited set up a foundation in the year 2010 to provide care and financial support to Indians in need
of health care and education
The Cipla palliative care and training center in Pune which was established in 1997 continue to provide
holistic care to terminally ill cancer patients and their families free of charge. It was mainly to focus on
the center to reach out more cancer patients in need of palliative care and to integrate palliative medicine
with curative therapy.
Cipla extends support to various NGOs engaged in various social initiatives include education and health,
old age homes, orphans and different disabled people.

Cipla Limited’s prices of pharmaceutical drugs in India are controlled and regulated by the National
Pharmaceutical Pricing Authority (NPPA)
