FUEL NOZZLES
Pressure-sensitive fuel nozzles are the key to no-spill Fast Fu-

eling. When coupled with Fast Fill pressureless or pressurized

fueling systems, these nozzles trigger an automatic shut-off

when fuel tanks are full. The fuel gun housings are cast in

aluminum and given a powder coat finish for rugged dura-

bilty and a non-slip grip. Each nozzle is individually tested

and calibrated to industry standard pressures to remove the

risk of fuel tank damage from excessive internal pressure. The

smooth, dry-break coupling makes it easier than ever to get

your equipment in and out of the fuel lane in minimum time.

Plugs are recommended for all nozzles.

Fuel receivers are carefully tuned to work in con-

junction with fast fueling nozzles. Using the correct

receiver is critical to the automatic shut-off of fuel

nozzles. A worn out fuel receiver can quickly lead

to internal damage of fuel nozzles and subsequently

causes drizzles and leaks. That is why Fast Fill fuel

receivers are made of nickle-plated steel for the in-

creased hardness and resistance to wear and tear.

There are a variety of applications where one fuel

receiver is better than another, and our engineering

team is on hand to assist in selecting the right con-

figuration for your machines.

Our standard diesel fuel receiver (shutoff option 9) is made from solid steel and is nickel-plated
to ensure a long service life. Designed to accommodate flow rates up to 800 LPM (211 GPM), Fast
Fill Systems fuel receivers are completely compatible with all major manufacturers’ diesel fuel
nozzles. Other available shutoff options: 7, 11, 12 and 13 PSI. Receivers come with a plastic cap for
contaminant and spill protection.

Our patented Check Valve Receiver allows fuel to flow in only one direction. Once installed, re-
ceivers can be replaced without draining the tank. Spray back from poppet malfunction is elimi-

Pressureless fill systems bring unique advantages to

fast delivery of fuel and other fluids. The benefit is

that your tank is protected from the internal pres-

sures that are typically required to shut off a pres-

sure sensitive nozzle. In these Fast Fill systems, the

pressure is isolated within the level control and sig-

nal lines to alleviate unnecessary strain on the tank

walls. The level controllers are adjustable for high-

er/lower shut-off levels, according to your specific

needs. Finally, in the two part level control/shut-off

valve, the fuel receiver can be replaced without the

need to drain your tank, as it serves as a check valve

to hold back the tank’s fluid.

The vent/level control system operates using 5” long, 1/2” NPT piping, and is widely compatible
with more than 80% of heavy equipment used worldwide. The 5” pipe can easily be changed
out for different lengths to reach the desired shut off level. They can be ordered in 5”, 7” or
12”, or can be custom made to suit your needs. The VLCE includes extra 1/2” pipe nipples, that
comes in 2” and 3” lengths, and the necessary Loctite thread lock to secure your pipe. Other fea-
tures include external and internal signal line ports and integrated rollover spill protection. The
VLCE is precisely engineered to function on the largest tanks with only 4” of operating space. A
clearence of 16” is required for installation.

The PLA80 brings pressureless fluid transfer to applications where it was once unavailable. This
all-in-one, drop in system fits standard 2” NPT inlets and enables individual tank fill and shut-off
for single or multi-tank configurations. Once the fuel level reaches 90-95% capacity, each tank
will automatically shut-off, eliminating under/over filling. The auto shut-off feature works with
all standard fuel nozzles (up to 80 GPM). With filtered venting and a dry break fill point, con-
tamination is dramatically decreased. This product is ideal for agriculture, small construction, oil
extraction, and mass transit equipment, because of its compact design and ease of installation.
This system can transfer ALL fluids; including Crankcase, Coolant, Hydraulic, and Transmission.

When combined with the N1000PSLp nozzle, the PLA1000 pressureless system can acheive up
to 1000 LPM. Pressureless systems provide operators a clean and safe way to refuel in high vol-
ume. With increased flow around the closed-cell encapsulated foam float, our system mantains
reliability at higher flow rates. Other features include external and internal signal line ports and
integrated rollover spill protection. The VLCE is precisely engineered to function on the largest
tanks with only 4” of operating head space.

Vents, or breathers as they are commonly known, are

another important component in a smoothly func-

tioning fuel system. Vents play a vital role in the fill

level and shutoff of your tank; however, they provide

the easiest access point for dust and contaminants to

enter your fuel system. Our filtered vents make use

of check valves to ensure that outgoing air bypass-


es the filter, and incoming air channels through it.

Fast Fill Systems pressurized vents also serve a dual

purpose as a fail-safe pressure relief valve. Correct

venting is pivotal in high volume fueling.

By introducing air filtration to the standard pressurized fueling vent, the V150F incorporates
an airflow check valve to keep the grit out of your fuel tank. Outgoing air and fuel vapors are
directed away through a one-way check valve, while air coming into the tank is sifted through a
3 micron filter. As with the other vents, the standard level control stem length is 5” but can be
ordered in 7” or 12”.

MATRIX
The matrix line is a sleek and cohesive collection of quick

couplers designed to eliminate the problem of cross con-

tamination of fluids. The entire series is color coordinated

between nozzle and receiver, and each can only be coupled

to its matching piece. Many sites utilize more fluids than

can be uniquely assigned to the standard industry couplers.

Twelve unique colors and sizes are available for even the

most complex fueling or maintenance stations. There are

multiple flow rates and threading configurations to meet

your unique fluid transfer needs. The Matrix Series boasts

an evac tool that fits, like a master key, to all of the receivers

for easy tank drain.


A FLAT FACE MATRIX

The Matrix Flat Face coupling line is the ultimate solution in no-hassle, contaminate-free
filling. The “Flat Face” surface on the nozzle allows ease in wiping the dust and dirt
from the front end of the nozzle, prior to coupling, to ensure contaminant-free fluid
delivery. The Flat Face series includes 13 color-coded nozzles and receivers designed
to physically interlock with only their respective, matching color.

A MATRIX 300 SERIES

The Matrix 300 series is a set of proprietary couplers designed to prevent cross-con-
tamination of fluids. Matrix couplers work at a higher pressure and flow rate than stan-
dard couplers. Each of the 10 nozzles and receivers in the matrix line is color-coded
and designed to physically interlock with only its matching color. Also available with
1” Threads.

B GREASE MATRIX
The Grease Matrix is a revolutionary patent pending product. This is the first flat-face
dry break coupler that connects and disconnects while maintaining supply pressure.
This bulk filling grease coupler performs with greater efficiency and safety. The system
does not allow grease transfer until the couplers are connected properly. This coupler
is available in 3/4”, with a maximum deadhead pressure of 5,000 PSI at the integrated
ball valve.
