The humble application on

behalf of accused Raja Kumar,
Son of Late Umesh Mallick,
Resident of- Vill- chhitkohra,
Road No. 30, P.S.- Gardnibagh,
Distt.- Patna,

Most respectfully sheweth:-

1. That this application is being filed on behalf of above named accused

Raja Kumar to declare him Juvenile and direct police to shift him from
jail to Child Protection Home.
2. That above named accused Raja Kumar is aged about 15 years and 5
months.
3. That Raja Kumar was studying in Government Middle School, Shimra,
Parsa Bajar, Distt.- Patna in class 5th the head master of the school
has issued School Transfer Certificate on 09.05.2019 in which the
date of birth is mentioned as 06th may, 2004.

A photocopy of
School transfer certificate
is annexed herewith and
marked as Annexure-1 to
this petition.
4. That in view of the fact and circumstances of the case as stated herein
in the interest of justice above named accused is liable to be declared
as Juvenile and liable to be shifted to Child Protection Home.
It is therefore prayed that your
Honour may be pleased to declare
accused Raja Kumar is a Juvenile and
accordingly direct the police to shift
Raja Kumar from jail to Child
Protection Home.

And for this accused shall ever pray.
