NOTICE

The students, who wish to appear in the repeat examination, are required to
apply for the same in prescribed form along with proof of deposit of requisite fees
to the Examination Section. Other details of the Repeat examination are as
follows:-

1. Students shall apply in prescribed application form for repeat examination,

December-20l9 as per the Rules circulated along with this notice.
2. Prescribed application form can be downloaded directly from the
University website or may be obtained from the Examination Section.
3. For appearing in the Repeat Examination, December-20l9 a student has to
pay requisite fees, as mentioned below. Fees shall be deposited at the IDBI
Bank, University Campus Branch and student has to enclose the duplicate
copy of fees receipt along with application form.

4. Last date for submission of application form for Repeat Examination is

04.11.2019 (Monday).

5. After receiving application from the students, Examination Section will

publish the list of eligible students for appearing in repeat examinations.

6. Repeat Examination may cornmence from 2ud Dec. 201 onwards.

8. REPEAT EXAMINATION

8.1. Eligibility of Students for Repeat Examination- Student who fails in a subject
shall be eligible to appear in repeat examination.

8.2 Repeat examination shall be available in the end term component of the subject
after payment offees as prescribed in Schedule V

8.3 Repeat examination shall be available only when the subject is offered in the
semester.

8.4 The candidate shall be given only one opportunity in addition to original
examination of that subject.

8.5 In case where a subject is not offered, the Examination Committee may decide
to allow repeat examination in such subject(s) in exceptional cases.

8.6 In case of ex-student, he/she shall be allowed to appear in the repeat exam with
limitation of 20 papers (maximum five papers in a semester) provided such
paper is offered by the University.
