Name of training: TRAINING ON CORE TOOLS

Purpose & Outcome

To create an understanding on CORE tools ( FMEA, SPC, MSA, APQP, PPAP and their applications.
The course prepares the participants with general understanding of tools with ability to apply in given
situations.

The modules of this course include:

- history of evolution of CORE TOOLS
- relation between Management and CORE tools usage
- expectation of new tools in present & future TQM activities
- conditions required for adopting tools for Quality, Development
- Case study of application the course is based on theoretical presentation, group work and
case studies
Schedule: 0900 to 1700 hrs. (all two days )

Details of Employee Training Proposal:

 The full day training will start from 9 am – 5 pm with two breaks of 15 min and of ½
hour Lunch Break while half day session may be decided for 4 hrs . with one break 20
minutes.
  All concerned executives will be participating in the program me to be conducted in
one Batch
 Everybody will be tested with pre and post tests/exams during the program
,certificates to all participants will be given

TERMS AND CONDITIONS:-

i) Our Professional Fees are based on the level of effort our proposed project team
member and the skills and experience of the personnel assigned to work. Based on
our experience of providing similar services to other organizations and based on
scope of work we estimate our professional fees to be – INR 7,000/ per person This
two day program would include all tools such as PPAP, APQP, FMEA, SPC and MSA.

amount may be transferred on confirmation /or handed over before initiating the
