Burn out to me is when you stop doing what you love to do, like for instance, I experience it this

summer
at lodging care of people, helping people to heal but they sort of asking us to do way more than it is
timely possible so between that all the call lights ,It just became to much, too stressful and I stop
enjoying what I like to do. Now that It slow down and it’s coming back. Oh that’s why I take care of
people

How I deal with it, I just work through it and I told myself that if isn’t going to last forever, It just busy
time and I just remind myself that 3 days a week,12 hours a day and I’m Done, Come to my home and to
my family. I remind myself that I can leave the hospital _______go back home. So I try to remember that
I gonna get home

What is burn out to me?

Burn Out to me is when you basically have been working yourself so hard that you lacking focus, you
have no energy, you can’t get enough of sleep, your whole life has just been dragged down by whatever
it is burning you out .

That’s something easily resolve , especially if you don’t enjoy what you’re doing.

How I experience burnout?

Just lack of energy, If I stop going to the gym, Because I don’t have enough energy. To me that is major
burnout, That’s mean I’m just _____

Yes Im start feeling lack of clarity, my appetite doesn’t this good, I don’t sleep well, so it affect
everything and I probably become grouchy

How I deal with with burn out ?


Im trying to keep up exercise , keeping up my nutrition. I’m trying to keep myself constantly learning at
work so that I’m not finding myself in a stagnant, I’m still new at my role so it kind a hard for me to
become stagnant. I’m still experiencing new things everyday. Staying exercise , staying interested at
work and staying healthy nutrition and fluids and all that stuff.
