Incomplete form will be rejected.
2. The filled up Nomination Paper should be deposited in the Sealed Box kept in the Office of the Election Officer on working
day between 10.00 a.m. to 5.00 p.m. but in no case later than Tuesday, 15th October, 2019 upto 2.00 p.m.
3. Entry for the Scrutiny will be permitted only on production of Gate pass issued by the election office after submitting the
proforma by the candidate duly verified by the Principal/Head of the Department / Instt./ College concerned. They must also
bring with them their Valid Identity Card of the College / Instt. / Department to which he / she belongs.
4. Duly filled up withdrawal form (downloadable from DU website) must be submitted by the candidate in person with
Identity Card of the College / Institutions / Department to which the candidate belongs upto 02:00 p.m. on Friday, 18th
October, 2019.
5. Election, if required, will be held on Tuesday, 22nd October, 2019 between 10.00 a.m. to 01:00 p.m. at the Office of the
Election Officer, Conference Centre, Opposite Botany Department, Gate No.4, University of Delhi, Delhi-110007.
6. Nomination form duly signed by Principal of College/Head of Deptt./Instt. with official seal only is valid. Rubber stamp of
signature will not be accepted under any circumstance.
