This document outlines criteria for evaluating design projects on a scale from Inadequate to Mastery. It includes criteria such as timely delivery, completeness of work, ability to develop design concepts/solutions, ability to apply learning, ability to translate designs into drawings/models, and ability to communicate design intent. For each criteria, it provides descriptions of the expected quality at each evaluation level from Inadequate to Mastery. The highest level, Mastery, would involve early delivery of complete and compelling work, innovative application of principles, formulation of personal concepts, and highly effective communication of advanced design discussions.
