II. EXECUTIVE SUMMARY

There were no major activities that influenced the monitoring parameters during the monitoring period. All operations
conducted were all routine and in line with the nature of operation. Monitored parameters were the usual and no external
activities affected or altered the monitoring.

IV. CONCLUSIONS AND RECOMMENDATIONS


Self-Monitoring Report satisfactorily completed. All parameters as to the routine operations of the establishment is
complied. All environmental impact are monitored and no significant effects to the environment.
