To our fellow Landbankers;

Heroism is not a stranger for Landbankers. In fact, most of these heroic

acts are performed and accomplished minus the spotlight. We have worked
in silence and have continually achieved many life-changing endeavors for
our countrymen.

Today, we make this urgent and earnest appeal for our earthquake-
stricken fellow Filipinos in Mindanao.

In three weeks time, three devastating quakes of huge magnitudes have

shaken the known resilience of Mindanaoans. With the strongest at
magnitude 6.5 quake, these resulted to major destructions and
devastations in this area. State of emergency was already declared by
the local government units.

Beyond the invariable damages to homes and belongings, these quakes

and aftershocks have caused terrible emotional trauma to families, more so
to children. Many women and children are still being treated for wounds
and injuries. Thousands of the families displaced and are now living in
makeshifts and tents aggravated by the food shortages and power and
water supply outages in most areas.

On this note, we, your fellow Landbankers in Mindanao, plead from your
benevolent hearts for any help you can extend for our Kababayans who are
in distress. Your help can provide life-saving essentials such as drinking
water, ready to eat foods, shelter kits and health essentials.

We also ask from our fellow Landbankers to spare a moment of prayer.

Your prayers alongside your help will surely ameliorate the very sad,
painful and long recovery process. As iterated via the related HR advisory,

Once again, let us be the heroes we are known for.
