SETTLEMENT OF ANY AND ALL CLAIMS

I, CHANGHONG KANG, Korean citizen, of legal age, and with postal address at Unit 732, 7/F, North
Tower, La Verti Residences, Donada St., Pasay City, hereby execute this Settlement of Any and All Claims,
and by virtue thereof, manifest as follows:

That I, by these presents, and for and in consideration of the total amount of
__________________________ PESOS (PHP_____________), which I acknowledge to have received to
my full and complete satisfaction from MANILACONDOTEL INC., hereby declare that I have no further
claims whatsoever against MANILACONDOTEL INC. or any of its managers, staff, directors or officers and
that I hereby release and forever discharge MANILACONDOTEL INC. from any and all claims, demands,
cause of action, or liability of whatever nature arising out of my employment with the said company;

That I further manifest that the aforementioned amount that I received is the full and final
settlement of all my claims from MANILACONDOTEL INC.;

That this Settlement of Any and All Claims constitutes a Release, Waiver and Quitclaim and that
no further claim, suit or proceeding of whatever nature may be filed in any court or agency of the
government against MANILACONDOTEL INC. or any person acting in its interest, since any and all claims
in connection with my previous employment have been finally settled once and for all.
