Some of the people of Jerusalem therefore said, “Is not this the man whom they seek to kill? And
here He is, speaking openly and they say nothing to Him! Can it be that the authorities really know
that this is the Christ? But we know where this man comes from, and when the Christ appears, no
one will know where He comes from.” So Jesus proclaimed, as He taught in the temple, “You know
Me, and you know where I come from. But I have not come of My own accord. He Who sent me is
true, and Him you do not know. I know Him, for I come from Him, and He sent Me.”

There’s a Word for that! Friendship

You are in a covenant relationship with God. We stand in awe of Who He is and what He does for
us. How marvelous that we always have a friend when there seems to be no friend.

Psalm 25:14 – The friendship of the LORD is for those who fear Him and He makes known to them

Thank You for making known Your covenant with
us and giving us the hope of eternal life through
Jesus Christ, our Lord. We are Your people and we

us. Your friendship is beyond our wildest
imaginations, yet You are closer than any friend

we have ever had. Please let the Holy Spirit

convict us quickly to come to You with everything
as we would a friend. We love You and thank You
in the awesome name of Jesus. Amen.
