MEETING TIMEFRAME
Ideally, this discussion should take place within 5-10 days following the final performance. This allows
time for reflection, but keeps the information relevant.

GOAL
To gather key production stakeholders together after a production in an effort to celebrate successes,
learn from mistakes, provide closure, and improve processes and efficiency.

NORMS
● We all understand that the goal is improving the next production and learn from our shared
experiences, so we’ll try to be as honest as we can.
● Everyone gets a chance to talk and all perceptions are equally valuable.
● Respectful listening is key. This is not a place for argumentative rebuttal or push-back.
