ACKNOWLEDGEMENT

With struggles and difficulties we have experienced, the inspirations,

motivation and support from the people we knew became our strength all

through the way of conducting this study. We would like to express our deepest

gratitude and appreciation to the people who always believe in our capabilities

and never give up cheering us up and serves as our source of motivation when

we our losing hope.

First of all, we would like to thank God for being us all strength, knowledge

and wisdom that we need in accomplishing this study. We also thank God for

helping us to overcome all obstacles that we experience throughout our life.

Our parents for their constant support and love and for always believing us

that we could make it until the end of the study.

We would like also give thanks to Mr. Gerardo S. Manuel for his support ,

advices, guidance, and suggestions and also for being our thesis coordinator

for all reminders, and for lending his time for sharing his knowledge and

unfailing support throughout the system.
