This pertains to the after training report of the training staff of Basic Leadership and
Management Course 46-19 that was completed last 14 August 2019. The said course
Was composed of forty eight (48) students but due to uncertain medical emergency of one
of the student namely PO2 Marbie G Quirante PCG, only forty seven (47) students completed
the course. The said course was conducted for more than the duration of three (3) months or
four hundred sixty two (462) hours that was indicated on the course outline but due to various
and unexpected activities that cannot be avoided it was extended for several days.

The course director of the BLMC Class 46-19 was ENS EDILYN P MALIAO PCG and with the
assistance training staff from the Coast Guard Non-Officer school and the undersigned to
conduct evaluation and assistance the course director and instructors for the whole duration of
the Non-Academic part wherein On the Job Training (OJT) for the students on the nearby PCG
Station and Sub-Station is included.

As a part of the training staff of the mentioned course, it was also her responsibilities to be
present during the daily class period to assist the invited instructors, assisting the students
during their Physical Fitness Test (PFT) at Brokenshire Hotel Resort and Convention Center
and Swimming Qualification Test (SQT) at Old airport Davao City and lastly be part of the
proctor during Module Examinations.

The students were practiced to prepare power point presentation and report to the class their
research on PCG Correspondence Module, Coast Guard Administration Organization,
Introduction to Maritime Law and the Coast Guard Functions, MARLEN and Maritime Safety
Administration and Law Enforcement. The undersigned was also invited as one the panel to
give comments, suggestion and assessment to their group presentations.

As a training staff from this unit, it was my duty and responsibilities to conduct instructor’s
evaluation, module evaluation and course evaluation, evaluation for student before the
graduation of the said course. The evaluation forms were forwarded to the personnel who are
in-charge of consolidating and formulating the after summary report of the evaluations.
