Entrepreneurship is excluded from the word entrepreneur which is meant as a warrior,


fighting, having a great character, being virtuous and business which means working, charity,
doing something. Entrepreneurship is a process carried out by people who are able to find
opportunities, have creativity and development that is developed into something new and
unique that produces benefits for others.

The purpose of entrepreneurship:

the community.

• Cultivating the spirit of attitude, behavior, and entrepreneurial abilities among people who
are capable, reliable, and superior.

• Develop awareness and 'entrepreneurship orientation that is strong and strong towards the
community.

ALFADH PARFUME
Alfadh parfume was founded by a woman named Fitri Hidayati or often called by Ms. Pipit.
The name alfadh parfume was deemed suitable by him to be used as a perfume business because
it was considered to have good meaning and with it was expected to provide goodness and
blessing for his business.

The origin of why the chosen perfume business became Ms. Pipit's business was because first,
she was a person who liked perfume and then, in her environment there was a friend who
introduced and provided information about this perfume business, so that Ms. Pipit received
support to open a business from friends who had already struggled in the world of perfume
business. Besides that, parfume is considered by Ms. Pipit as a business that has good prospects
in the future. Why is that? Because it is considered an increasing trend and fashion for the
needs of perfume.

Alfadh perfume was established on November 11, 2008 on Jl Sisingamangaraja No.174 (In
front of UISU Medan) and employed 3 employees. Initially this business was also promoted to
family, relatives, friends and so on. The business run by Ms. Pipit continues to grow rapidly
because in addition to the products being sold are items that are needed with high demand, also
because Ms. Pipit maintains the quality of the products and services provided to customers. So
that Alfadh parfume can open branches in 6 locations in Medan and 1 in Siantar which began
in March 2009. Alfadh Parfume branches spread in Medan are on Jl. Dr. Mansyur No. 118
USU (Simpang swimming pool at Selayang Medan), Jl. Cap. Mukhtar Basri No.13 UMSU-
Medan, Jl. Bilal-Bayangkara Medan, Jl. HM. Yamin / Serdang No.273) Medan, Jl. Pancing
38D (Front POM Petrol Pancing) Medan, Jl. MMTC / Simp Front Fishing Line. Medan struggle
and spread in Siantar are on Jl. Kartini No.8 Pematangsiantar. While the Alfadh parfume
factory is located in the Arrahman Complex Jl. Kemuning Baru Blok C no. 28 Medan.

Followed by the development of the subsidiary Alfadh parfume also increased the number of
employees employed by Ms. Pipit. At first there were only 3 employees, currently 26
employees. Alfadh Parfume products are taken from imported goods at prices offered for each
product ranging from Rp.5,000 - Rp. 300,000 and adjusted to the quality of products ranging
from standard to premium.

Not only making developments by setting up shop branches, Alfadh parfume also accepts
resellers to sell their products both online and touring that is carried out by students, to
housewives. Of course, with the agreement that has been done beforehand by the resellers and
shop owners.
The turnover obtained by Alfadh Parfume at the beginning of pioneering this business was
around Rp. 500,000 / day. But along with the development of Alfadh Parfume, the current
turnover reached Rp.15,000,000 / day. Although getting a turnover that continues to rise and
is very satisfying, Ms. Pipit as the founder and owner of alfadh parfume continues to provide
innovations in products such as diversity of forms so that it is not monotonous in one form,
following consumer demand and developing the quality of the marketing team in marketing
the product. So that alfadh parfume will be maintained its glory even expected to be able to
form the next branch.
