Description: - EriDoc is the Strategic Enterprise Document Management (EDM) System

within Ericsson. It is primarily used for management and storage of non-product related
documents, such as minutes of meeting, internal and customer agreements, project
documentation, steering documents, etc. EriDoc can also be used for the management and
storage of product related documents and other document types if an employee uses
EriDoc as the main tool.
EriDoc is an Ericsson Certified Archive and may as such store any documents, including
confidential information. All Ericsson employees have access to EriDoc via a web-based
interface and can search for and read certain documents stored in EriDoc. EriDoc offers a
wide range of functions for document management, and is integrated with standard
applications.

Project Scope:

This project involves in management of web content for Supervalu services India
websites. Web pages and other content are created/changed/updated by web-masters.
Business users shall be allowed to create web content via use of templates. The web
content has to pass through a rigorous testing, vetting and approval process before being
published on SSI’s Websites.
Responsibilities:

• Actively participated in gathering user requirements, analysis, design and

development.
• Responsible for designing Proof of Concept and business approval.
• Installed and configured various Documentum products based on the business need.
• Responsible for creating and managing DocBases.
• Created and managed folder structure in Web Publisher while before publishing the
content across the websites.

Description:

Session Initiation Protocol (SIP) is an application layer control protocol used to establish,
modify and terminate multimedia sessions between user agents. SIP user agent is software,
which acts as a “soft phone” allowing user to control IP telephone calls on screen and
contains both a client application when it generates the requests and server application when it
generates proper responses for the requests sent to it. Using this software any user can make
and take SIP calls using Internet. The main objective of this project is to validate and test the
client sever functionalities and configuration interface of user agent.
