1. Speed: What decision of yours had made your team to overcome any difficult situation that needed
immediate response of yours without complete data?

Answer 1: Yes, I had to take a decision about a software launch where I had no complete information
about the bugs in the software , but, I know that we cannot afford to launch a defective software, hence
I had to take a decision whether to launch or not and I have decided not to launch the software.

No, I do not make any decision until complete data is received because sometimes partial data can lead
to wrong decisions and may also lead to loss of reputation and investments.

2. Impact : what professional accomplishment are you most proud of and how did you achieve it?

Answer 1 : My most cherished accomplishment is the one where I had received a certificate of
appreciation from DRDO for a prototype which is very innovative and could possibly make an impact.

Answer 2: I am academically very strong and my accomplishments are majorly academic oriented. I have
won many Olympiads where innovative thoughts and processes are required.

3. Openness: Do you prefer working in a team or on your own? Why?

Answer 1: I prefer working in a team since you get exposed to different ideas. It helps in better decision
making and cross learning.

Answer 2: I prefer working on my own. I feel while working in a team, members don’t always get
appropriate levels of credit. For me, it is easy to focus and concentrate while working independently.

4. Autonomy: Do you prefer a structured way of working with a set of rules and regulations or a
flexible way where you can work as per your own discretion?

Answer 1: I prefer a structured way of doing things with a set of rules and regulations where everything
is planned in advance to avoid any unavoidable contingencies. I have always been sincere with my work.
I feel following rules provide a roadmap for day to day operations.

Answer 2: I prefer flexible way of working. I feel employees are more satisfied and work-life balance is
maintained. I like to work with my own pace and time.
