RISE CIT organization will launch its BOTTLE MO, OUPUT KO program in
response to our vision to serve the Students. This is an initiative of RISE CIT Officers to
provide opportunity for the Students to print their assignments, thesis and other outputs
for free! Provide for the following mechanics:

1 short bond paper- 3 plastic bottles

1 long bond paper- 4 plastic bottles
1 short/long bond paper- 5 plastic bottles

The alloted time for printing is from 9:00 am to 10:00 am and 12:30 to 1:30 am
every Mondays to Fridays. Look for Justin Bulatao (Mayor) located at Gas 12- B or Gian
Karla Fabros at Humss 11- A.

Policy for Comfort Room

Sanitation and Beautification

An initiative of: RISE CIT Organization ( Responsible Individual

Students Empowering CIT)

Article I: RISE CIT Organization a recognized organization towards serving

students and of the society envisioned a clean comfort room because we believe “ Good
Comfort Room produces Good Individuals, because it mirrors how we organize our
individuality.”

Article II: RISE CIT Organization initiates and leads the cleaning and sanitizing all
the comfort rooms of both SHS and JHS Male and Female Comfort Room.
 Article III: RISE CIT Organization will provide all the necessary equipments and
things in sanitizing the Comfort Rooms.

Article IV: In the long run, monitoring and maintaining the cleanliness of the
Comfort Rooms are challenge. In this regard, we will be needing the helping hand of all
the Faculty from both JHS and SHS to monitor and maintain the cleanliness of the
Comfort Room.

Article V: All Faculty and their advisory Students are involved in the sanitation and
beautification of the Comfort Room. RISE CIT Organization will designate each faculty
an alloted day for them to take care of the implementation and monitoring. If they fail to
do their task:

Article VI: Implementations of sanitation

1st Violation: Failure to sanitize and monitor the Implementation penalty 50 pesos.
2nd Violation: Failure to sanitize and monitor the Implementation penalty 70 pesos.
3rd Violation: Memo of disobedience coming from their respective heads.

Article VII: The said collection will be used to buy necessary things for the
Comfort room if consumed.

Article VIII: RISE CIT who are authorized to implement these policy will closely
monitor the strict implementation.

We, RISE CIT Organization in collaboration with Guidance Counseling Office will
conduct a one day Leadership and Student Empowerment Seminar to all classroom
officers and student leaders from Junior High School and Senior High School to enhance
their leadership capabilities and talents towards gearing a better economy.

The theme of our Seminar is “ I am responsible, therefore I can do impossible

things for my community” and it will be held on October 4, 2019 at 9:00 am onwards in
Annex building, CIT Compound Paniqui, Tarlac.

In relation to the above, may we humbly ask your permission to be one of our
speaker on the said event? The topic will be “ Qualities of a leader and challenges for
leadership.”
