Requirements:
a. Malaysian citizen domiciled in Sarawak.

b. At least 18 years old on the date the advertisement is closed.
c. Bachelor of Engineering or academic qualification recognized as its equivalent by the
Government from any local higher institution.
(Starting salary: RM2,529.00)
d. Credit in Bahasa Malaysia (at least grade C) at SPM level or its equivalent recognized
by the Government.
e. Serving officer as Penolong Jurutera and had been confirmed in service with the
qualification as per 1(c) above is eligible to apply.
Job scope:
Responsible for the planning, analysing, executing and monitoring of repair &
maintenance of mechanical & structural works and ability to give technical advice.
2. Post : Juruaudit, Gred W41
Classification : Finance
Service Group : Management & Professional
Requirements:

c. Bachelors Degree with Honors or academic qualification as its equivalent recognized
by the Government from any local higher institution.
(Starting salary: RM2,300.73); or
d. Bachelors Degree in Accounting or academic qualification as its equivalent
recognized by the Government from any local higher institution.
e. Full membership from Badan-Badan Ikhtisas Perakaunan recognized by the
Government.
f. Bachelors Degree in Accounting recognized by the Government from any local
higher institution with full membership from Badan-Badan Ikhtisas Perakaunan
recognized by the Government.
g. Full membership from Institut Akauntan Malaysia.
(Starting salary: RM3,027.19); and
h. Credit in Bahasa Malaysia (at least grade C) at SPM/SVM level or its equivalent
Job scope:
Responsible for the performance of full internal audit cycle including risk management
and control management over operations’ effectiveness, financial reliability and
compliance with all applicable directives and regulations. Determining internal audit
scope and developing annual audit plans.
3. Post : Penolong Pegawai Keselamatan, Gred KP29

Classification : Security and Public Defense
Service Group : Support
Requirements:

c. Sijil Tinggi Pelajaran Persekolahan Malaysia or academic qualification as its equivalent
recognized by the Government from any local higher institution.
d. Sijil Tinggi Agama Malaysia or academic qualification as its equivalent recognized by
the Government from any local higher institution.
e. Ex-police or army with at least the rank of Sergeant or its equivalent and had been
confirmed in service with good service record.
f. Diploma or its equivalent recognized by the Government from any local higher
institution.
g. Physical and visual conditions as follows:
i) At least 1.57m height for man and 1.53m height for woman;
ii) At least 48kg body weight for man and 46kg body weight for woman;
iii) Body Mass Index (BMI) between 19 and 26;
iv) At least 79cm during breath-in and 84cm normal chest measurement for man
only;
v) Pass in visual test for Left and Right eye when tested separately with the
resolution of V6/9 without glasses;
vi) Not colour blind and no hearing problem;
vii) Medically checked and certified healthy by certified Medical Practitioner.
h. Applicant for 3(c), 3(d) and 3(f) must have credit in Bahasa Malaysia (at least grade
C) at SPM/SVM level or its equivalent recognized by the Government.
i. Serving officer as Pembantu Keselamatan, Gred 19 who had been confirmed in
service and possessed the qualification as per 3(c), 3(d), 3(f) & 3(g) above is eligible
to apply.
Job scope:
Responsible for the performance of security and surveillance works not limited to
coordination of security related training, courses and carry out security checks,
investigation works and other security and safety related works.
4. Post : Penolong Akauntan, Gred W29

Requirements:

c. Certificate in Business Studies or Book Keeping or academic qualification as its
equivalent recognized by the Government from any local Polytechnic.
d. Certified Accounting Technician (CAT) recognized by the Government from any
local higher institution.
e. Diploma in Business Studies, Finance, Banking or Accounting or academic
qualification as its equivalent recognized by the Government from any local higher
institution.
f. Licentiate of The Chartered Institute of Secretaries and Administrators of United
Kingdom in Finance recognized by the Government or academic qualification as its
equivalent recognized by the Government.
g. Credit in Bahasa Malaysia (at least grade C) at SPM/SVM level or its equivalent
h. Serving officer as Pembantu Tadbir (Kewangan), Gred W19 who had been
confirmed in service and possessed the qualification as per 4(c), 4(d), 4(e) & 4(f)
above is eligible to apply.
Job scope:
Responsible for the execution, system supervision and operation related to salary
payment, revenue collection and classification, receivables, payments, maintenance of
cashflow, deposits, investment, financial reports and other related matters.
5. Post : Penolong Jurutera, Gred JA29

Classification : Engineering
Requirements:

c. Certificate in Engineering or academic qualification as its equivalent recognized by
the Government from any local Polytechnic.
d. Diploma in Engineering or academic qualification as its equivalent recognized by the
Government from any local higher institution.
e. Credit in Bahasa Malaysia (at least grade C) at SPM/SVM level or its its equivalent
f. Serving officer as Pembantu Kemahiran and had been confirmed in service and
possessed the qualification as per 5(c) & 5(d) above is eligible to apply.
Job scope:
Responsible to assist the Engineer in the planning and coordination of engineering and
technical, mechanical & electronic works, maintenance of inventory records, site works
inspection, compilation of technical and mechanical reports and other related matters.
6. Post : Penolong Pegawai Tadbir, Gred N29

Classification : Administration and Support
Requirements:

c. Sijil Tinggi Persekolahan (STPM) or academic qualification as its equivalent
d. Sijil Tinggi Agama Malaysia or academic qualification as its equivalent recognized by
the Government.
e. Diploma in related field or academic qualification as its equivalent recognized by
the Government from any local higher institution.
f. Credit in Bahasa Malaysia (at least grade C) at SPM/SVM level or its its equivalent
g. Serving officer as Pembantu Tadbir (Perkeranian/Operasi) and had been confirmed
in service and possed the qualification as per 6(c), 6(d) & 6(e) above is eligible to
apply.
Job scope:
a. Responsible to assist the ICT Manager in the implementation of ICT Management

System, Strategies, Policies and Procedures to ensure the ICT System service delivery is
efficient and reliable at all times; or
b. Responsible to assist the Corporate & Planning Manager in supporting the preparation
and reporting of the Quality Occupational Safety Health and Environmental (QOSHE)
System implementation to ensure the effectiveness of compliance, auditing and
enforcement of the QOSHE implementation; or
c. Responsible to assist the Admin Manager in providing administrative support to ensure
efficient operation of the Administration Department through various tasks related to
the organization administrative and legal matters with effective communication skill
and ability to complete tasks accurately and delivered with high quality and integrity;
or
d. Responsible to assist the Operations Manager in handling of core business activities by
providing services for mooring, berthing/unberthing, loading/unloading, coordination
of vessel arrival/departure, understanding of the marine & safety regulations,
environmental compliance and other related matter.
7. Post : Pembantu Keselamatan, Gred KP19

Classification : Security and Public Defense
Requirements:

c. Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM) or academic qualification as its equivalent recognized
by the Government.
d. Ex-police or army with the rank of Constable or its equivalent and had been
confirmed in service with good service record. Ability to speak, read and write in
Bahasa Malaysia satisfactorily.
e. SPM or academic qualification as its equivalent recognized by the Government with
Sijil Kemahiran Malaysia Tahap 2 in related field.
f. SPM or academic qualification as its equivalent recognized by the Government with

guarantee’ and maintenance of finance related despatch record; or
3. Responsible for the maintenance of supplier payment records, purchases, salaries,
update of receival & issuance of invoices, document movement records,
maintenance of creditors files, issuance of payment receipts, bank-in of daily
collection, issuance of journal vouchers, maintenance of tenancy agreement, tender
& quotation contract, bank guarantee and other related matters.
9. Post : Pembantu Tadbir (Perkeranian/Operasi), Gred N19

Requirements:

1. Responsible for the effective service delivery through the tally of cargo
loading/unloading during ships operations, planning and management of storage
space for import and export cargoes; or
2. Responsible for the efficient and effective vessel discharging and loading activities in
accordance with the safety and quality standards and procedures; or
3. Responsible for the coordination of training and development programmes and
maintenance of training records; or
4. Responsible for the execution of ICT work plans related to help desk, networking and
communication services; or
5. Responsible for the execution of works related to Quality Occupational Safety Health
and Environmental system implementation.
10. Post : Pembantu Setiausaha Pejabat, Gred N19

Requirements:

d. SPM with Sijil Kemahiran Malaysia Tahap 2 in related field or academic qualification

Responsible for the effective management of correspondence and files, coordination of

meetings, uphold the confidentiality of the organization’s confidential matters, office
management including record management & information, public relation, compilation
of board papers, management of logistics arrangement and officer’s official travelling.

Classification : Skill
Requirements:

c. Pentaksiran Tingkatan Tiga/Penilaian Menengah Rendah (PMR) or academic
qualification as its equivalent recognized by the Government.
d. Credit in Bahasa Malaysia (at least grade C) at Pentaksiran Tingkatan Tiga/PMR level
or its equivalent recognized by the Government.
e. Additional condition: Competency in landscaping works
Job scope:
Responsible for the execution of general works including landscaping (pruning and
cutting of trees or plants) and gardening.
12. Post : Pemandu/Operator Jentera Pemunggah, Gred H11

Classification : Skill
Requirements:
f. Malaysian citizen domiciled in Sarawak.

g. At least 18 years old on the date the advertisement is closed.
h. Pentaksiran Tingkatan Tiga/Penilaian Menengah Rendah (PMR) or academic
qualification as its equivalent recognized by the Government.
i. Driving Licence Class E/E1/E2/F/G/H/I issued by Road Transport Department [except
for Driving Licence under probation (P)]; and
j. Ability to drive and operate all types of cargo handling equipment in various sizes
and strength,
(Starting salary: RM1,264.15).
(Additional condition: For crane operation works, candidate must possess Sijil
Pendaftaran Orang Kompeten from Jabatan Keselamatan dan Kesihatan
Pekerjaan).
k. Credit in Bahasa Malaysia (at least grade C) at Pentaksiran Tingkatan Tiga/PMR level
or its equivalent recognized by the Government.
Job scope:
1. Drive and operate cargo handling equipment; and
