Today, I’m talking about : What should you do to stay healthy?
Let me show my opinion: Now, in the world, the more days, the more people have got bad health. There are many reasons, example, going to bed late and getting up early, eating a lot of something, sitting on the desk and watching TV all day, not doing morning exercise,….All this reasons cause fat, short, thin,….. for people, children and students can get cold easily, sometimes that cause a headache. So, to stay health, what should you do? This is an easy question, everybody can answer this question quickly. However, who can do it? I can’t answer this question, because this depends on you want to do it or not. Personally, I think that if you want stay healthy, you should attention to 2 things: The first is diet every day. A reasonable diet will make you feel healthy and comfortable all day. The breakfast is the most important meal in day, because it will provide you energy all day and scientists also say so that. In breakfast, I think you should eat rice and drink a glass of milk, if not, you can eat a bowl of porridge or eggs and drink a glass of fruit juice. At lunch and dinner, you can eat rice with fish or meat. Remembering that it is necessary to eat vegetables every meal, and some fruits after meal, it will make you feel energetic and easy of digestion . You shouldn’t eat one thing many times, because it will cause you losing nutrition. You can drink coca or beer, it also make you easy of digestion Today, in the morning, class starts very early ,so some students don’t eat anything, which make them got sick easily. It is an unreasonable diet and it needs to fix. . Do you agree with me? The second is timetable. Time of working influent your health so much and it can make you be sick or have a headache, so you need to have a reasonable timetable. One day, you need to have about thirty minutes to sleep in the afternoon, and eight hours to go to bed at night. This is at least! You should go to bed at ten and get up at six. In a day, you must have time to study, to play sports, to watch TV, to eat….so you need to divide your timetable effectively, example, 6 hours to study, one hours to watch TV, about two hours to play sports. If you have a reasonable timetable, you will never feel tired while you’re working. In the morning, you need to do morning exercises. This make you feel warm and energetic. In the afternoon, you can play sports with your friends. This activities is very useful to you, and keep your health. This is my opinion.
