EXHIBIT A Senior Center Operational Hours and Personnel Changes New hours of operation: Senior Citizen Center: 9:00 am to 1:00 pm. Personnel Changes: Mayrene Granger: 7:30 am to 3:00 pm Monday through Friday with 30 minutes of unpaid lunch. This equals 35 hours per week moving her from a salaried 40 hour a week employee to an hourly employee with no overtime unless approved by the Mayor. Ms. Granger will retain full benefits with the City of Ashford. Abraham Smith: 8:00 am to 2:30 pm Monday through Friday with 30 minutes of unpaid lunch. This equals 32 hours per week moving him from a 40-hour week employee paid at an hourly rate with no overtime unless approved by the Mayor. Mr. Smith will retain full benefits with the City of Ashford. Latracha Maybin: 9:00 am to 1:00 pm Monday through Friday with no lunch, Moving her from a 40-hour week to 20 hours per week paid at an hourly rate with no overtime unless approved by the Mayor. Mr. Maybin will be classified as a part-time employee with the City of Ashford thus not qualifying for any benefits through the City of Ashford.
