for the 33rd Annual Montana Governor’s Cup Walleye
Tournament — 9:31 a.m. — one hour and one minute!
The fax machine was blaring, the e-mails were
pouring in and then there was the line four abreast all
the way to Highway 2.
“It was absolutely crazy, but Lisa did an awesome job
of organizing,” Glasgow Area Chamber of Commerce &
Agriculture’s Secretary Danelle Murch said of Executive
Director Lisa Koski.
No doubt there will be some disappointed anglers
that didn’t get in (last year’s tournament took around
six hours to fill) but that’s how popular this event has
become with anglers from Montana, Wyoming, North
Dakota, South Dakota and beyond.
Sponsored by the Glasgow Area Chamber of
Commerce & Agriculture, the roster was expected to be
posted on the website this afternoon.
The Montana Governor’s Cup Walleye Tournament is
Northeast Montana’s premier walleye fishing tournament
held in beautiful Fort Peck. The date for the 33rd Annual
Governor’s Cup is set for July 9th, 10th & 11th.

Hello!
My name is John and I’m a producer for the
documentary TV series GHOST HUNTERS on A&E.
I’m researching new cases and locations for our current
season and I’d love to bring a crew to Glasgow. I’m
looking to bring our show to places off the beaten path
to showcase stories from ALL over the US.
WHAT WE’RE SEEKING: Real people who have
experienced strange things at home, at work, at school
or other locations, which could be PARANORMAL
OCCURRENCES. People who may have captured
something unusual on camera and want help – now.
I’m interested in everything from the most well-known
“haunted” place in town to personal cases that may not
be as widely known.
Please note that unlike other paranormal shows,
Ghost Hunters focuses heavily on the history of locations
and our team tries to prove/disprove any paranormal
claims through scientific investigative techniques. At
the end of the day our show is about helping people
understand what is going on and not declaring places
we go to as teeming with ghosts.
