DETAILS OF THE INTERNSHIP

DOMAIN : SALES AND MARKETING / FINANCE / HR
LOCATION : ACROSS INDIA
DURATION : MIN 3 MONTHS.
STIPEND : RS. 7500/ P.M [BASED ON PERFORMANCE]

INTERN’S ROLE
1. Should have excellent communication skills and should be fluent in English or
the regional Language.
2. Ability to update oneself on the latest market information on an on - going basis.
3. To Acquire and build relationship with target Customers and handling and
reviewing their portfolio from time to time.
4. To escalate the customer grievance and to resolve it immediately.
5. To gauge the disposable income of the client and advise them on various product
of the company.
6. Should have excellent networking skills in order to generate clients.
7. Should be presentable & at all time should act within the discipline of the
Company.
STIPEND
• The stipend is RS.7500/=[BASED ON PERFORMANCE] per month of the
internship and it will be paid at the end.
• Students need to achieve a minimum level of business to qualify for this stipend.
• Overachievers will be compensated with incentives, gift cards and other perks.
• Students who are not able to achieve their targets maybe entitled to a variable
stipend based on their performance.
