Subject:- REPORT / INFORMATION OF CASES FILLED BY HESCO WAPDA
NAWABSHAH AND AGAINST HESCO WAPDA NAWABSHAH.

Respected Sir,

It is respectfully submitted profound regard that I have appointed as

Legal Advisor on HESCO Wapda penal and appearing on that behalf in
different courts in different nature of cases.
Sir, I would like to bring your kind notice that I am facing some
difficulties because the concerned Sub-Divisional office is not
Nawabshah, per found With due respect undersigned is enrolled
advocate of Sindh Bar Council and practicing at District Bar Association
Shaheed Benazir Abad, undersigned established his office at Taluka
Nawabshah and there is need of other Oath Commissioner, the people of
Nawabshah are suffering for getting attesting their documents etc and to
perform their legal work as regularly / legal way, it is further apparent
worth mention that, Taluka Nawabshah, which is pertaining with huge and
capital town and peoples of same vicinities are not completely facilitated
from facilities of attestation as they are suffering from get attest
documents and to perform their work within time.

It is further worth to mention that, I have full knowledge of attestation, as I

have experience of helper/ assistant of Notary Public Mr. Muhammad Bux,
Rind, and to perform such work. And District Shaheed Benazir Abad has
been converted in Division, so official and working capacity in huge
quantity therefore it is valid and amicable place of appoint me as on the
post of Oath Commissioner to the Taluka Nawabshah, it is worth to
mention here that, at Taluka Nawabshah there are Civil Courts,
Mukhtiarkar Office, Sub- Registrar Office and Offices of other higher
departments are existing, my documents are attached herewith alongwith
my qualification so it is further requested that there is need of other Oath
Commissioner to facilitate the peoples of Taluka Nawabshah.

Therefore, it is, requested that permission may kindly be granted to me to

sit on the post of Oath Commissioner in Taluka Nawabshah, I shall remain
your grateful such kindness.
