Guidelines for Term Paper Submission:

i. Form of Submission

(a) Cover and visual aids can be colored but not mandatory. No text or title inside the text
should be colored. Colored pages can be used to separate chapters/parts. The use of color
should be decent and well controlled. The use of color will not add any extra value for
evaluation.

(b) Should use spiral binding. Lamination of the cover will not add any extra value for
evaluation.

(c) Paper size: A4;

Font: Times New Roman; Font size (for main texts): 11 or Font: Tahoma; Font size (for
main texts): 10;

Line gap (Spacing): 1.5 (except Executive Summary single line space);

Page numbering: Bottom, center (format: page X of Y);

Margin (Regular): Left: 1.25”, Other: 1”; Margin (New Chapter Page): Left: 1.25”, Top: 2”,
Other: 1”.

(d) Total Report Page limit: The length of the report should be minimum of 25 pages excluding
cover page, title fly, title page, table of contents, executive summary, acknowledgement and
the annexes.

(e) Referencing should follow the style of American Psychological Association (APA), 6th
Edition or Harvard (Anglia) style.

(f) This report should be professionally presented in an academic format. Description in details
from other’s work is NOT ACCEPTABLE. Failure to acknowledge the use of another piece of
work is plagiarism. The evaluators will apply the maximum penalty for any plagiarism.

ii. Deadline of Report Submission

(a) The report submission deadline is November 05, 2019 by 1.00 pm.

(b) No late submission will be allowed.

iii. Code of Conduct for the students:

 Zero tolerance for plagiarism. For instance, copying the whole or part of the report from
any other source without acknowledging the source in the appropriate form (e.g. APA
referencing style).

iv. Important Criteria for Grading

Following are some of the criteria (but not limited to), which will be considered while grading
a student:

 Understanding about the topic

 Originality of analysis, evaluation, recommendations and its justifications
 Quality of executive summary
 Organization of the report
