What I learn in my first class is we as a Malaysian citizen that involved in social

development, we should be aware of the objectives and role of these policies in order to know
the direction the government is taking towards social development. Besides, the role of
ministries, development, state government and other statutory bodies is equally important in
implementing the policy’s strategy in the daily management and implementation of current
policies. The private sectors and cultural associations are needed to carry out efforts to
develop and advance culture at respective organizational levels and subsequently sponsor
cultural programmes or projects.

One of the objectives in National Sports Policy is to Provides sport facilities to meet
the needs at all the levels. The provision of a sport or recreation facility can
significantly enhance the quality of life. Activities held within sport and recreation
facilities can encourage participation, promote health and wellbeing and foster a
sense of community. However, planning a sport or recreation facility is an involved
and sometimes difficult task. To "get it right" may take time and involve a range of
skills, many of which can be found within your community. A good facilities also can
provide a 10 years action plan based on the strategies of the sports for all and high.

Justice
Justice by all means is integrity and fairness. Specifically, in competition during such
sports the need to be fair play in the field is really vital to prevent bias from happening.
This, also eliminates unity issues happen between supporters for both teams. Justice
has four general types exist; distributive, procedural, retributive, compensatory.
Distributive justice involves the perceived fairness and distribution of benefits and
burdens relative to outcomes. It also can be said that it is an integrity and equity of
treating others right. Procedural includes the agreement to determine outcomes such
that in every matches in sports have their own rule books where terms and conditions
are set fairly to ensure the fairness of the game thus, considered acceptable and
unacceptable actions during the game. Retributive implies on equality of punishment
of a law breaker or offender. If guidelines or rules were violated, penalty are imposed
in the way of foul shots, got exile from play and so forth. In the retributive, this can be
relate me as a sport person which is if I did against all the rules in the competition, a
referee should give me sanction which is penalty, foul or banish me from play.

I would choose Immanuel Kant because It was explain that rightness or wrongness
of action need to be reveal whether it has a consequence or not. Most of us use lies
from time to time to avoid difficult situations and hide our feelings or intentions.
However lying always comes with a price whilst the truth is invaluable. I had go
through the situation which is during my secondary school, one of my teammates
stole the hockey stick from our school’s sport store. I had to tell my coach about it
because it was totally wrong and it is can effect for others player to use the hockey
stick during training or competitions because there are insufficient equipment of
hockey stuff at the sport store.

Two obstacles and fallacies in moral reasoning that I had go through in my daily life
are:
Dogmatism: Dogmatism is the tendency to lay down principles as undeniably true,
without consideration of evidence or the opinions of others. It also relate with a close
minded and refuses to acknowledge in any alternatives. I can relate with my
experiences which is our captain team always think that her decision always the best
and totally right during game. She was ego and will try to refuse or deny everything
about others teammates opinion during games.

False Obstruction of Theory and Practice: Basically the meaning of false obstruction
of theory is more like the people who do not easily believe the others theories unless
there is a prove. Same goes to me, I always watch and hear all the news at the
social media or in a real life, but I do not simply assume and believe unless there is
prove regarding what the matter happened.
Intimidation

Intimidation has a significant influence in game and how competitors create, use and
react to intimidation can be the contrast between winning or losing a challenge.
Some players and teams in sport are able to intimidate their competition and their
environment and as a result change their opponents’ behavior. Intimidation also
caused someone to be fearful, withdrawn or coerced yet intimidation can challenge
an athlete’s level of mental toughness. In my experiences, I had been taught from
my coaches during play floorball, we need to play aggressive and fast or even make
a body contact to the opponent as to make the opponent will expect us are powerful
and difficult teams.

Based on the link given, I had read and watched the video of the new about “Isu
Seleweng 100 juta: Pegawai KBS Terlibat Dikeluarkan dari Kementerian”. From this
case, what I can see is for a first principle is YB Khairy Jamaluddin took a full
responsibility of what happen in KBS. Our Minister Youth And Sport just fulfill his
duty by transfer out the person who involve with this cases. For him, corruption is
very serious cases, like he said in the video “corruption is corruption” and corruption
is a criminals. Of course the YB Khairy Jamaluddin need to take action because it
was implicate a lot of money. Next, a second principle is justice. YB Khairy
Jamaludin be fairness to all the medias or reporters because he answer all the
questions that he knows and also not answer the question that he not confirmed yet.
He also applied the distributive in justice which his employee need to get the
punishment because he was a law breaker and involve in corruptions. YB Khairy
Jamaludin also just follow the procedure while SPRM investigate the cases. For the
third principle, YB Khairy Jamaludin being honest to all the medias or public by not
telling this case is about politic conspiracy but this is a big corruption case that
involve a 100 millions of money. He also stated a new rules which is the position of
financial secretary need to be change by specified period. Lastly, YB Khairy
Jamaludin such as a professional leadership as he gave the chance to the media to
ask any questions regarding of this case. He want to make sure that everything was
clear and don’t have any assumption from them. I can say that, this is the a win to
win situation with media and KBS teams which is they can get benefits from each
other in the press conference. This is about beneficence because Khairy Jamaludin
was doing good with his job and want everything can be solve real soon.

This about beneficence from KJ too which is he doesn’t want any misinformation
happened regarding this conference and everything will clear

Second principle is justice. Eventhough he is Minister of Youth and Sports, he

making decision not to answer things that has to do by investigation because that is
not fair for him to do so, that is up to SPRM. He knows that corruption is a big crime
so he will not defend that KBS employee, thus the employee need to be punish and
the criminal action can be taken. Khairy Jamaluddin request that the Secretary-
General write to the Public Service Department to issue a work order under
regulation 43 of the civil service. The third principle is honesty. During the press
conference he being honest to the public by not telling this case is politic conspiracy,
but this is a real crime. Corruption is a crime. Crime still a crime, he said. Lastly, from
what i watched the video in a press conference situation, I think Khairy Jamaluddin
has apply this principle which is beneficence. He tells that all reporters can ask as
much as they want regardless of the duration. He just want all the questions have
been answered clearly by him and no issue about a minister run from the problem
and not explain it clearly. This is win to win situation where we can see that both of
the parties get the benefits. The reporters will get all the answer for their questions
and Khairy Jamaluddin will be label as a professional minister of youth and sports in
solving the problem.
