JOINT AFFIDAVIT OF
TWO DISINTERESTED PERSONS

We, RUDY G. ESTRADA and ONOFRE MANUYAG JR., both of legal age,
Filipino citizens and residents of Upper Pinget, Baguio City, after having been duly
sworn to in accordance with law, hereby depose and state:

1. That we personally know Ms. MA. GARLET P. SAÑEZ being our long time
acquaintance;

2. That said Ma. Garlet P. Sañez has three (3) children namely Ellie Ansherine
S. Watanabe, 17 years old; Ryota Gerald S. Watanabe, 12 years old and
Gia Pauleen Sañez, 1 year and 12 months old;

3. That since the birth of Gia Pauleen Sañez, her mother has been alone in
rearing and taking care of all her children’s needs;

4. That we hereby certify that Ma. Garlet P. Sañez has been a solo parent to
Ellie Ansherine S. Watanabe, Ryota Gerald S. Watanabe and Gia Pauleen
Sañez since their father, Mr. Yuji Watanabe totally abandoned them in
February 2017;

5. That we are not in any way related to the above-mentioned persons either
through affinity or consanguinity nor interested as to the purpose of this
affidavit;

6. That we are executing this affidavit to attest to the truthfulness of the

foregoing facts for all legal intents and purposes it may serve.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, we have here unto set our hands this 25th day of July
2019 in Baguio City, Philippines.
