INTRODUCTION RESULT AND DISCUSSION

Global Positioning System which known as GPS is

a tool for positioning and navigation. GPS works by
a combination of the broadcast from multiple GPS
satellites to a GPS receiver that will receive a
message containing the current position of that
time . While, Digital Terrain Modelling (DTM) Survey Location Survey Site
function as creating a digital representation of
ground by modelling the GPS data.

OBJECTIVES
• To study the Digital Terrain Model (DTM) system
• To study the GPS data
• Todevelop the DTM based on UTP GPS station as
a base point
• To
compare between Real-Time Kinematic GPS
(RTK GPS) and Static GPS survey
Profile Points
SCOPE OF STUDY
• Conducting RTK GPS and Static GPS survey
• The GPS data from the survey
• The Digital Terrain Model (DTM) system
• Modelling of the GPS data

PROBLEM STATEMENT CONCLUSION & RECOMMENDATION

The survey technique between Static GPS and RTK Conclusion
GPS that generate highest accurancy of Digital • RTK GPS create higher accuracy compare to Static GPS
Terrain Model. • Speed of RTK GPS survey was 6x faster than Static GPS survey
Recommendation
• To address the high visualization of DTM, better planning must be
done before starting the survey
METHODOLOGY • Further research in different environments and conditions is
needed to give a superior assessment of the utilization of the
Data technology
