I have heard from your good office, Hospital Information Records Management Unit (HIRMU), an item
where my credentials fit. This is in response for the position of an Administrative Officer I (Records
Officer I). I am interested in applying for the aforesaid post.

I am Westley Abluyen, a product of Saint Mary’s University Bayombong, Nueva Vizcaya. I finished a
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration major in Financial Management which I believe fits my
credentials for the said position.

After I graduated from college I started to work in the Government at the Sangguniang Panlalawigan
office, Province of Ifugao for at least one (1) year. Recording and knowing the guests I entertain in the
office provide me an intimation as a records officer. My tasks in the office as administrative aides I and
III made me more acquainted to any office works like encoding, computing, recording, entertaining and
answering phone calls. My experiences as administrative aides can be a big material for the
organization’s productivity in handling employees and patients. My good humor personality also gives
me more distinction from the others.

In relation to Republic Act (R.A) 1080 regarding my eligibility, I have a PRC second eligibility license. I
am a licensed professional teacher.
