NOTIFICATION

The Examinations for the candidates enrolled in PG Semester/Non Semester and PG Diploma Programmes
through Centre for Distance Education is to be held in November 2019. The Candidates are instructed to download the
Examination Application Form from the University Website (www.bdu.ac.in/cde) and send the filled-in application
form along with online payment receipt to The Controller of Examinations, Bharathidasan University,
Tiruchirappalli 620 024 within the prescribed date. The details of Examination fees to be remitted is given below:

Application Processing Fees Rs. 50/-
For Each paper (Theory) Rs. 150/-
PGDCA for Each paper (Theory & Practical) Rs. 200/-
Marks Statement Rs. 100/-

Last Date for Receipt of Filled in/printed applications forms:

Without Penalty - 16.10.2019 (Wednesday)
With Penalty (Rs. 354/-) - 23.10.2019 (Wednesday)
(Including 18% GST)

Filled in application must reach University on or before 25.10.2019 (Friday)

Date of Commencement of Examination:

PG Semester - 14.11.2019 (Thursday)
PG Non Semester - 03.12.2019 (Tuesday)
PG Diploma - 03.12.2019 (Tuesday)

Please read the instructions carefully before filling in the Exam Application form:
1. The Examination fees should be remitted through “Online Payment” in the University Website
www.bdu.ac.in/cde.
2. In the CDE online payment portal, Candidate should select “EXAM FEES” category for making
examination fees payment. The payments made through other categories will not be accepted.
3. The Candidates should register compulsorily for all the current (Semester /Non Semester) papers of their
respective programme for November 2019 Examination.
4. The Register number of year semester candidates will be displayed in the University website.
5. Please refer University Website for the Title of the Paper along with Subject Code to be written in the
application form.(www.bdu.ac.in/cde/subject_codes.php)
6. Transfer Admission candidates should enclose the copies of Transfer admission order along with
Alternative/Additional papers received from the Registrar, Bharathidasan University, Tiruchirappalli.
7. The Transfer Admission candidates have to rewrite their arrear examinations (Prior to CDE Admission) in their
respective colleges.
8. The Examination Time Table, Venue of Examination and other notifications will be displayed ONLY in
the University Website.
9. Hall Ticket can be downloaded from the University Website three days prior to the commencement of
examination
10. The Applications received after the last date will not be accepted.
