messages your website/ account is trying to convey.
First, the Content marketing. It takes a variety of forms and depending on how to
form a strategy, and could accomplish a number of different goals. Second, Personal
branding. Branding yourself, before your company, gives the opportunity to leverage a
more trustworthy, personal image to promote brand. Third, Search engine optimization.
The process of making the site more visible in search engines, so it get more traffic from
people searching for the products or services you offer. Fourth, Conversion
optimization. It helps to ensure to get more value out of each and every vision by
maximizing the rate of conversion. Fifth, Social media marketing. Social media
marketing isn't the get-rich quick scheme you may have been promised, but there is
significant potential in building and nurturing a social media audience. And lastly, email
marketing. It has astounding potential for ROI because it costs almost nothing to
execute.
4. What does the online store offer that the "brick and mortar" store cannot?
What does "brick and mortar" store offer that virtual cannot?
In online store, they offer and able to shop 24/7. It saves money, because online
shopping allows the customer to compare pricing and find the best possible deals. Also,
it not having to use a personal vehicle and deal with parking and other issues or take
transit to shop-in-store. Then, saving time. In store, shopping can be hugely time
consuming, particularly if it involves visits to multiple stores in different locations.
Additionally, it is convenience, because many people dislike crowds, cashier lineups,
etc. and prefer to shop from home. And the availability, it is hard to find items are much
easier to search online. Free shipping is sometimes available from online sellers. While,
in "brick and mortar" store, it able to physically interact with an item before buying
particularly with personal items such as clothes, cosmetics, furniture, etc. or with
grocery items that need to be checked for quality and freshness. Also, goods can be
obtained immediately rather than waiting for shipping. Then, customer service, the
ability to speak directly to a sales representative and get further information and advice
about products and services. Also, avoiding shipping costs and the hassle and
complexity of returning unwanted items. And much faster and easier to return a
defective or unwanted products in-store rather than shipping back to an online retailers.
5. Will the online site ever completely replace the "brick and mortar" store? Why
or why not?
For me, I think no, online site will not completely replace the"brick and mortar"
store. Probably, we are in modern society and we know that with the strong internet
penetration and growth of e- commerce across the globe, the shipping habits of people
are changing. With each passing day, there are people are turning to online shopping
than visiting a physical store, but not all of them are preferred to this online shopping.
But there are people are still in "brick and mortar" store because we look forward to
buying products from physical store. Also, because of customer service, the tendency to
shop from store doubles if we know someone personally from the store (or what we call,
discount if we are loyal customers). Also, we want to feel the product (applicable to
expensive products) if the quality is really good and perfect. The experience of offline
shopping cannot be compared with that online shopping, because most of the people
literally go to malls to spend time. Additionally, online shopping cannot beat offline
shopping in terms of speed. One can get a product immediately from store, on the other
hand you can wait for the shipping.
